Oh it plays, returned 3 times to see if it would play complete distorted picture. They would not refund me. Also caused other movies to not play. The disks must be defective

The digital code that came with the movies were used. I cannot get the digital copies.

A couple of these 4k discs would not play all the way through. No scratches on them so I suspect it was just a bad transfer. Had to finish watching a couple of the movies on the regular blu-ray discs that come with. Tried on both a dedicated Sony 4k blu-ray player and on the PS5.

The first 2 movies aren't the best audio soundtracks/recordings

Movie themselves are as expected, but the 4K disc quality is horrible. My first set had glitches between 50 and 60 minutes on most discs, with the worst being # 3. Returned and the second set is showing the same problems. A web search shows this is a widespread problem, though it not Best Buy’s fault. Put this one one at the feet of Universal. Great price for the set, but not if they don’t work. Will probably return and either get the individual movies or wait for the next set. Make sure you check the discs as soon as possible; i.e., within the return window! You can use fast-forward to save scan time.

Review based on the discs not movie. So Fast and Furious would start freezing and chopping up on Ch. 9 and would play good once you jump to 11. Fast and Furious 6 would stop playing once you get to Ch. 10 period. Had no problems on the other parts but could not return or exchange because was already out of the time frame once finished watching them. Read that this happened to alot of customer but I don't blame Best Buy its the movie studio on the transfer.

Bad set I had problems with multiple discs freezing even went to exchange for a different set and still had the same problem avoid this set

Packaging is "paper". NO dvd case. (discs will scratch upon removal/placement) paper book, no plastic. Trying to get discs out would damage paper. Also if, water damage paper will stick to discs, leaving no case for product. Immediate return. Only reason purchased is UHD included regular bluray. (just wanted bluray) not worth it at any cost due to packaging. Bought regular bluray disc collection

At least 2 of the discs skip straight out of the package. Disc 5 and 6 straight out of the package caused issues a d skipped. We didn’t even try to use disc 7 or 8 because of it. We did the digital download and watched that way instead. Very upsetting since it was $80 for the movies and dvds you can’t return once opened. Very disappointing

This is a Collection where all eight disc are in a book, which is very cool. They shipped the book in a plastic bag, so all of the corners are beat up. They could have at least wrapped it in some bubble wrap to protect the book corners. I am very disappointed with the shipping, I wish I had picked it up atw the store instead.

Two of the 4K disks for the set are poor. We had to switch them out and use the Blu-ray disks in the middle of the movie. The 4K disks were glitchy and would continually get stuck.

I purchased for the 4k discs and the 2 I did try played appallingly bad they were choppy and distorted about half way through the movie to the point where it was unwatchable. I ended up just watching all of them in digital format.
