Bought it for my fiance and she was pretty excited

It wasn't the best movie I have seen but it's not the worse. I have not read the book but watched it with somebody that did and she liked the movie a lot.

Movie stops short. Not a lot of things happening. What is the buzz about it! The books, ok but the movie, no. Characters are great but the story so poor.

If you expected an Oscar winning performance you will be disappointed, But the movie is enjoyable if you view it for what it is or isn't supposed to be

There was nothing of the undeniable lethal attraction between characters as in the book. Don't expect this movie to follow the books story line either.

The secretary was a much better movie than 50 shades of grey...considering the book, I think they really didn't give it their all in making this movie!

Not nearly as good as the books in telling the tale of a young woman changing a man lost in his head, but worth watching with your special lady friend.

So, my wife and I haven't watched it yet. And I can't tell my friends I bought it. But the packaging is nice. And it's in Dolby! You can't beat Dolby!

I don't like to give bad reviews, but this rates as one of the worst movies I've seen. The acting in this was very poor, the characters did not match those in the book. I found myself hoping it would be over soon! I watched it a second time trying to give it a second chance, and I found that I wasn't hoping it would just be over through the whole movie. It still wasn't good, but more tolerable. I'll watch the second movie, but only to see if it got any better.

Too much was cut out or missing in the movie that was in the book. To do it right, It would have to be rated X and in 2 parts. That would be great.

Think the book was better. Wanted to see if this movie followed the book like other series (Hunger Games, Gone Girl). Not as thrilled with this movie.

I didn't care for it too much. Never read the book but heard so much hype about it and now that I finally saw the movie, I just couldn't get into it

I saw in the theater and so when they released an unrated version I had to see the difference. Can't wait to see what the second movie will be like

I bought this movie on an impulse. I am told it is a good movie. Looking back on it, I should have rented it, and save the money and storage space.

The steelbook packaging is very nice but the movie isn't so nice. The main characters have no chemistry and it makes it hard to get into the movie.

This was a gift for my wife. I fell asleep half way through, but she absolutely loved it. She would have probably given it more stars.

There's a really funny, sexy comedy here that might have been wonderful, were it not also stuck with being an adaptation of this loathsome novel.
