Preordered from Best Buy to get the steel case and when I went to pick it up they told me they were out and offered me nothing in return. The game is amazing but BestBuy really let me down.

I didn't get the steelcase bonus. It's one of the main reasons I choose Bestbuy. A bit disappointed but I still got the artbook which is nice.

This is a pre-order bonus for Final Fantasy Rebirth. Provides a modest boost to both defense and magic defense when used.. nothing more to say.

The image shows a steelbook. There is no description saying what is and what is not included in this order. The small print only lists a limited quantity of the DLC. Some customers received the steelbook and some did not. Called customer service 3 times over a two week period and was told I would either receive the steelbook if they could find more in the warehouse or they would provide compensation. The third time a called I am being told they cannot help me and will not do any compensation. Even speaking to a supervisor I was told there was nothing they could or would do to help. He refused to listen to me and hung up on me. This is false advertising and BestBuy is and should be held responsible. If they didnt have enough stock then they should have updated the picture and removed the steelbook. I will not be shopping at BestBuy any time soon and will be pre-ordering my games from other retailers. Very unhappy customer.

This item is alright. Its not like I really care about the pre order bonuses but it for sure couldn't been a little better.

I pre-ordered the Final Fantasy Rebirth for Playstation 5 with Best Buy to receive a promotional steel game case. The representative at the counter told me they didn't have any, but I could see in the clear bins behind the counter that there were plenty of steel cases available. Other companies had promotional materials, but I chose Best Buy for their preorder bonus steel case. I will be writing to Corporate to figure out this issue.

All this was a digital bonus in game for pre-order.

I had pre-ordered rebirth standard edition so this came along with it. I had thought that I would also get the Best Buy Exclusive, but apparently, it had to be added to the order separately, and no one was told.
