Fun game so far, but never pre ordering with Best Buy again. Box came damaged & didnt include the exclusive BB steelbook even though it was advertised in myltiple pictures on the listing and was lied to by customer seevice reps when asking them about it prior to the game’s release.

The pre-order bonus is alright. I was already going to pre-order the deluxe version of FF7 Rebirth so having a pre-order bonus is better than nothing, but I do very much dislike the practice of hiding content behind pre-orders.

Here we go again where BestBuy refuse to acknowledge or fulfill pre-order bonuses for customers. This is the second time I was supposed to get a steelbook for a game and, once again, leave it to BestBuy to mess things up and not give it to me. The worst part about this is that I spoke to an agent to ensure that I was guaranteed a steelbook upon pre-ordering the game. Guess what? Only the game showed up with the digital code but no steelbook. If I wanted to receive only the game I would''ve just went to GameStop and not make an hour trip to BestBuy. Thanks for nothing.

Purchased the preorder with the steel bookcase and didn't get it. Customer service said it would be coming and I will get a separate email to come back and get it. NEVER got it and so I NEVER got my free gift. This is false advertisement and Best Buy continues to do this on many games. I should have bought else where!

Got my bangle but I was too late to the pre-orders for the steel book. Wish they had enough for EVERY pre-order.

Yeah only reason why i preordered from best buy was for the steel book and didn’t receive it today. Very disappointed that i waited this long and went through best buy only fkr that reason.

Had preordered with Best Buy becuase of the steelbook incentive, when the game was delievered no steelbook was provided. Messaged support anf entered my invoice with the representative and was told the manufacturer was overwhelmed and I would be getting one, so a month has passed

Unfortunately I did not receive the exclusive pre-order bonus steel-book with my order if Final Fantasy VII Rebirth for PS5 Deluxe Edition. Was told that I would be receiving it but did not receive. Ended up returning to BestBuy.

Dunno why I can't pick up a game in store. Received my products damaged

False advertising! Promised extra steelbook as preorder bonus but did not come with it, and won't provide credit compensation for it. Dont ever buy games from Best Buy

Don't give away something for free just take it the day before.

They didn't provide me with anything I should've gotten through their preorder. I took the game back as a result. Terrible execution, thanks Best Buy.

Steelbook never came, was told to just return the game as I was not going to be receiving it.

I didn't receive a steelbook. I always buy new games from best buy because of the free steelbook. What a bummer

Pre-order the deluxe a month prior. 2 weeks before prior release it was canceled by bestbuy

Entered the code item never showed up in my game inventory! Just a horrible dlc to begin with .
