This movie was visually amazing. I purchased the 4K version and was blown away by the visuals. The cinematography was absolutely incredible. The acting is great by the cast and the film did a great job showing us the bravery and heartaches faced in race to the moon, especially the problems Neil Armstrong and his family faced during the space race. I would absolutely recommend this film for everyone from space geeks to film buffs.

This film portrays Armstrong as a very complex person, but leaves him as it found him... an enigma.

This is a good biography of Neil Armstrong. I am not big on biography films but bought this because I like movies about the Space race (Mercury, Gemini, Apollo). I'm not familiar with most cast members. I liked Apollo 13 better but that movie was more about an event than a biography. Apollo 13 also had a better known cast.

This movie doesn't reveal nothing new that we have not seen before on TV or documentaries of Apollo 11.

Good Movie. Nothing really new to stories we already know about Armstrong but it was a good movie.

For me it was a little boring, needed more action. not bad, but not worth to be in my collection

First Man is a fascinating look into the life of Neil Armstrong, the 1st man on the Moon and an american hero. In life, Armstrong rarely spoke in public, so the details of his personal life are a startling surprise in this examination of the true human behind the hero. Highly recomended.

This is a movie you need to take as it is to enjoy. A lot of how Armstrong was represented in this movie is different from the real Neil Armstrong. It also tries to be realistic with the cinematography but ended up becoming visually unappealing. It's a good movie as it is but just don't have a lot of expectations.

Not nearly as good or compelling as Apollo 13 but an interesting perspective. Well shot.

I'm a big fan of Damien Chazelle, his previous works Whiplash & La La Land are great films with excellent energy and great characters. So going into this film I had huge expectations. Overall, I thought the film was a bit long and felt very slow. Even the end sequence on the moon was incredibly underwhelming :(

The Neil character played by Gosling dazzled. Buzz however was not so great.

This movie seemed short on dialogue . You knew what was happening but it drags along.

Movie was OK, a bit slow for being one of the greatest moments in human history.

There is so much expectations for this movie for me and it just ended up flopping.

Not a very nice guy that first stepped foot on the moon according to this movie.

Although there is interest in the history, the story is very slow moving.

The 4k quality is excellent but the movie itself is very average.

I don't know history well enough to tell if this story is true or not.
