Great film for history buffs interested in Neil Armstrong. This film is less of a documentary about the space race, and more of a human interest story that follows the effect of Armstrong's career on his family life, and how he related to his fellow astronauts. I thought it was a great film.

Lacked a lot of details concerning the moon landing

Last year on 4th of July that I got it. True story of Neil Armstrong, who is first man walk on the moon. That is long quite triumphant for these people have been work very hard to take a decade to built a spacecraft. Like President John F. Kennedy usually say this from long time ago. Very good story.

I love the atmos sound and 4k picture clarity. Brings back the great success of the US first men on the world. A must to see movie for young people to get an understanding how US first great human space endeavor.

This movie shows how brave our astronauts were. My only problem with this movie was that they failed to show the planting of the American Flag on the moon! Come on guys, this was a pivotal part of our American history! To leave it out ruined this movie.

A bio pic of Neil Armstrong's First Man on the Moon experience from early 60's to and including the 1969 moon walk, I though it was well done and acted with nice technical effects. Learned some things about Neil Armstrong's life I was not aware of before. Worthy purchase.

Great movie to watch on a piece of human history, Actors Ryan Gosling and and Claire Foy do not disappoint. Video and audio quality are amazing!. If you have a home theater system that accepts Dolby Atmos you certaintly enjoy the theater sound.

Excellent cinematography high definition is awesome soundtrack is awesome surround sound excellent the story put me to sleep they could’ve got a better looking actress to play as wife I thought she was JoJo the dog face girl maybe I was expecting too much

Very good movie. Takes you into the mind of Neil Armstrong and the struggles of selection, training, and execution of space travels. I never knew about all the losses he suffered in life. Very humble about his oppprtunity to be the first on the moon.

After La La Land, Damien Chazelle needed a challenge and boy does this movie show his directing chops. This is not an A+ movie but it just barely misses the Mark. The flight and space missions look as real as they come. The soundtrack is fantastic as well.

Not my cup of tea; Hollywood’s version of the space program leaves a lot to be desired. But Gosling and the supporting cast deliver excellent performances, and the lunar landing sequence is worth the price of admission.

This film is the story of the man who will be the first man to land and walk on the moon. Story is good, but leaves you wanting to see a better and more detailed ending. Package includes a digital copy code too.

I feel the audience really gets to experience the astronaunts perspective during the early days of spaceflight. The movie really showed the tough family dynamic at home too. But otherwise it was slow and not profound it any way.

This film is as much about Neil Armstrong as it is about the lunar landing. Takes you back in time 50 years and shows the technical, personal and family struggles through an uncertain quest to put man on the moon.

I missed my chance to see this theatrically but the 4K UHD release with the IMAX footage open matted might actually look better than the theatrical presentation did! Reference quality home video release perfect for demonstrating the capabilities of the format!

Once again Ryan Gosling proves what a great actor he is watching in 4k is a major Plus plot line story acting and Graphics are fantastic you won't be disappointed in picking up this major piece of History pick it up today and the whole family can enjoy it

I was a kid living in Florida during the Saturn launches and moon landing, so I really had high hopes for this movie. It failed in every respect. Where I hoped for a gripping story, I got a dull, lifeless, and uninspiring script. The first ten minutes of the film literally had no dialog. Where I hoped for panoramic shots, I got dark and dingy filmography. Where I hoped for a story that reveled the feeling of the times, I got a depressing story of a national icon. If you really have to watch it, wait until it's on Netflix or borrow it from the library. Don't waste your money.

This movie is based pretty much on the life of Neil Armstrong, The first man to set foot on the moon. I thought it was going to be more exiting of a movie. Kind of slow but its based on true events.

I mainly purchased this because I really liked this movie, and felt it didn't need to expand on the moon landing any more than it did. Acting was superb, and I didn't feel the story was rushed. Great visuals, esp in space and during shuttle launch.
