Really quiet. Just installed so don’t know much yet

Wonderful dishwasher. Perfect for a small family. Just be sure to follow the manufacturers guide on detergent and you should have sparkling clean dishes

I love the dishwasher because it is a drawer system.

was supposed to be delivered the 15th April never called till I called, and they said they had to reschedule the appt. they rescheduled for the 25th on the 24th a man called and said he wanted to drop off the dish washer on our porch but would not install it in our home. someone else will have to do that. I call the company and they said that that was no way they could bring and install the dishwasher on the 25th in was set in 2 days a woman promised she would call in the morning and take care of all the mess in the morning which she didnt call. So I return and cancel the item and plan to not return to the store again due to the bad customer service.

I have been looking at this unit for over a year and when our dishwasher died, there was no question about the replacement. The inventory was late but it is worth the wait. We have a drawer running every day at least. It takes getting used to to fill it but otherwise its fantastic. Some people complain about the noise, you can get additional padding for it, but i find it extremely quiet compared to other dishwashers. Definitely pay for the installation, had a friend install ours but its more complicated than the usual unit.

Very pleased with our new washer. Second one we’ve bought from Best Buy. The first one was great and lasted 20 years. The installation team was great!

We've had Fisher-Paykel drawer units for the last 20 years and this one continues our desire to own them! One of the best dishwashers out there!

Not satisfied at ALL! It took two months for delivery, and you cannot see the product in any of the stores around where I live, so all you are going on is product reviews of someone who is getting paid for it. Next, the delivery arrives only to find out you had to have an electrician install a plug!!! What...when did that happen, they have always been hard-wired. How about indicating that upfront? 15 wash cycles, why? I just need the one that cleans my dishes, I've had to rerun the dishwasher double loads just to get it clean. Make sure you have powder detergent... another trip to the store. Yes, you can use the pods but they don't work in all the cycles, thus the multiple loads. I'm so dissatisfied and I wanted one because I have an extremely tight kitchen. I should have gone with the Bosch. Lacking some engineering. Fisher and Packyl do you use the product in a real-life setting? The return policy is a joke. I waited two months and had it delivered only to find out I needed an electrician/plumber to install had to wait on their schedule. Another $900.00. I finally got to try it out and now the return window is closed. Are you kidding me?! Best Buy I'm very disappointed I shop your store all the time for my products, computers, phones, Apple watches, TVs, coffee makers, printers, etc. I want my money back so I can buy a better dishwasher!

The new larger upper drawer really makes a half load easier and much more efficient. Lower lever great for overflow. Plus got a rebate from utilities.

I've tried the fast and the normal options and still, plates, bowls, utensils don't get clean. I should probably just hand wash and use this $1100 dishwasher for drying. Bleh.

Excellent products , simple and functional. We do have two of them as they are on the small size.

The dishwasher was installed twice after getting a damaged unit. The final installation is pending and in the meantime the installer runner out outlet with water and Pacific Sales asked us to call the company directly. The customer Service supervisor is not responsive and dodges our calls. Stuck with a damaged unit that is installed incorrectly and damage to our house. Getting an attorney. M

Love the dishwasher but larger plates don’t fit. Otherwise it’s great.

Got installed by Best Buy and it leaked so couldn’t use it. Had to wait week to get fixed, second plumber was GREAT! Then used It 2 days and it has error code. Can’t use it and have to wait 2 weeks for repair...still waiting for repair. Not the best experience so far

So far, so good! I've had it for a month and I have had no problems at all. I've wanted this dishwasher for years and it did not disappoint.

This purchase was a replacement for an earlier model that I enjoyed for 19 years. So far this one has not disappointed.

Have not yet installed, the delivery arrived sooner than expected.

Staff assistance was super! I was redirected to the perfect place to get the dishwashers connected!
