Wow!! In a world full of ‘supply chain’ excuses, my experience with BestBuy was the complete opposite! I Purchased the dish drawers on one day, and they were delivered within the next couple days!

Just bought a new house that had this model in it. We thought it would be cool that you could run small loads - and it is. But the thing is that it doesn't do a very good job of cleaning. It is very inconsistent. It doesn't rinse well sometimes. It is also much more noisy than it is rated for. Also, having small drawers makes it hard to fit big dishes or to do full family-size loads even with both drawers. We are replacing this with something else because this is absolutely terrible and I need a dishwasher that works.

This dishwasher is the worst dishwasher I have every owned. We barely use it because it does such a bad job. The problem is that it does not have top sprayers. So only the part of the dishes that are facing down get really clean. I have had to run a cycle, turn the dishes over, and run it again. The drying system is useless too, it will dry for hours and when I open it, all the dishes are still wet. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy this dishwasher drawer. It is terrible, as is Fisher Paykel's customer service. I'd rate both negative stars if I could. My wife and I renovated our kitchen two years ago, and bought this dishwasher drawer (in addition to our regular dishwasher) in the hopes of tackling big clean-up jobs. Since then, we've used the drawer twice, had two floods, and can't get it to work. Fisher Paykel sent us to technicians who won't work on the drawer because they didn't install it; other plumbers can't fix the dishwasher; and appliance repair teams haven't been able to fix things either. I just spent an hour cleaning up backwash from our garbage disposal that leaked from this dishwasher. Awful. Now, we're uninstalling the dishwasher drawer and replacing it with a regular cabinet, like we should have done from the start. Please don't make the same mistake that we did. Don't buy this dishwasher.

Although this is a beautiful appliance only if you are completely remodeling your kitchen. You should not buy this appliance if you are replacing another brand dishwasher and you think it might fit. Not only is there an ugly 1" black void space around but there is also no bottom kick plate...so I saw my redone floor underneath. My dishes didn't fit, my dinner plates were too big and I couldn't shut the drawer. PLUS, my silverware could not fit in the tiny slots...what were they thinking?
