I got it at a great price. It doesn't strike me as much of a kid's item, though I bought one for both of my children - the design is not child like at all (basically just an ALTA with different colors and graphics). The strap got loose a few months after purchase, Waterproofing would have been great to have so they could bring it to the pool without worry. The second gen version seems like it is an improvement. On the plus side Fitbit Customer Service is pretty great!

With my hearing problem I wasn’t hearing my alarm. This fibit is a live safer. I highly recommend this to everyone but especially the hearing aid people.

I gave it four stars because its kind of a pain to sync it to a smart phone. The other fitbits we own do not have the same problem of syncing as the ace.

I love my Fitbit! My only negative is that I can’t wear it in the swimming pool when I do my other exercise. Otherwise great device!

I got this for my son. He did not wear them very much. Most of time on the coffee table. He told he likes them when he had on!

My son loves it. He checks his steps all the time. Helps that he can take a shower with it. The alarm is helpful to remind him about getting ready for bed.
