Customers are saying

Customers recognize the Blaze Smart Fitness Watch (Small) for its excellent sleep and activity tracking, ease of use, and generally positive battery life. Many appreciate the heart rate monitoring and notification features, although some wish for improved water resistance and GPS capabilities. The watch's size is a point of contention, with some finding it too large. A few users reported issues with charging and screen problems.

When I first got this device I was under the impression that it was fit bits version of the Apple Watch. Overall, I am happy with the product, but I wish it had the useful applications such as the Apple Watch does.

When I bought this smart watch I really enjoyed it. I had it for a year and the battery died and wouldn't hold a charge. Found out you can't replace the battery. Don't buy a Fitbit Blaze.

I love the Fitbit but I don't like the blaze. It's annoying to charge and not worth the money. I switched back to the surge which I love when it's working properly.

It does not keep good track of the steps. I waled a 5k marathon, and it only calculate 2.84 miles. Keep in mind I had to walk in my house, and 3 blocks to go to the 5k marathon area... Why the bands are so expensive

The Fitbit-blaze was ok. Did not like my phone? I had a Samsung 6 galaxy phone, releasing that Fitbit works better on a apple phone?

Perfect amount of smart watch in a fitness tracker

I wanted a new fitness tracker that did more (originally had a Fitbit Charge that I loved), but I was finding it hard to find a tracker that didn't look ridiculous on my narrow wrist. Was going for the Surge until I tried it on. Got redirected to the Apple Watch. Fit was great and it looked great. But when I went home to do my research, I found that the Apple Watch was a "smart watch with some fitness tracking abilities". Comparing to the Fitbit Blaze which was a "fitness watch with some smart watch abilities", I realized the Fitbit Blaze was much more of what I was looking for. It has all of the fitness tracking components (running, biking, weightlifting, treadmill, elliptical, and the new FitStar), while being easy to use, still using the Fitbit app that I love, NOT having all the extra that I didn't want or need and having just the right amount of "smart watch" features (phone call, text and calendar notifications!). And its' price point was a major bonus as compared to other similar trackers. I was afraid it was going to look too masculine on my wrist (I wanted to stick with black so that it didn't stick out by being bright), but I've actually gotten many compliments on it! I wear it a little loose to look more bracelet style and I tighten it for workouts. Have NO regrets about making this purchase--absolutely love it!

I bought this watch after pressure from coworkers to join in fitness challenges, but I was way behind everyone even on my busiest days. I even went for a walk with my fiancee who has a smart watch, and his watch recorded 4 times the amount of steps my Blaze did. I called fitbit and this is due to my arm not swinging as I walk. I have a new baby, and I'm always either carrying her or pushing her in a stroller/cart. If it's not going to record steps while I'm doing that then forget it. It didn't work for me and my needs.

Features on paper look good and on the wrist it looked good too. But, the features and functionality fell short. The big glaring issue was the watch did not recognize when to wake up.

Since we are seniors we have not been able to install the fitbit yet as we had an earlier version and can not figure out how to get the new one installed and running............

Watch meets my requirements. Much less expensive than Apple Watch and per all research keeps better track of vitals. Like that it also allows a preview of my texts.

I liked the watch part of it that is the reason I am able to wear it regularly. I am not sure how it is calculating Steps, as I can see steps calculated while driving too.

The watch is good overall. However, it does have some notification issues when connecting to LG phones. It's not the worse, but it is definitely not the best.

Love the watch except for Bluetooth connection

I love this watch but the blue tooth connection kept cutting out on my wireless earbuds. I even tried using other wireless earbuds but with same result. I then took it back to Best Buy and got a replacement but the music still would cut in and out when I ran. The only way I could keep the sound from cutting out was if I held my arm to my body. I was really disappointed because I otherwise love this watch. The Android Wear OS is awesome. Hoping the next Moto360 model gets this issue fixed so I can buy one.

This is my second fitbit blaze. The first had some issues with syncing with my phone and my computer. I do like the fit and the look. I wish it would do more tho.

Love it!! But it needs improvement. If the battery would last longer then three to five days per battery charge. I would definitely give it five stars.

Fitbit tried to make this a smartwatch, but I found it to be kind of a dummy. Mine seemed to have lots of glitches. Ended up returning.

It’s ok. I liked the features it had but it irritated my skin and left me with burn marks. I would’ve liked it had this not happened.
