Customers are saying

Customers recognize the Blaze Smart Fitness Watch (Small) for its excellent sleep and activity tracking, ease of use, and generally positive battery life. Many appreciate the heart rate monitoring and notification features, although some wish for improved water resistance and GPS capabilities. The watch's size is a point of contention, with some finding it too large. A few users reported issues with charging and screen problems.

While the watch has nice features like the notifications and built in exercises, It doesn't read my hear rate as accurately as my Fitbit HR.

I love the watch. The interface is much better than my charge he. However screen glass broke the first week. No idea how it happened.

Had to return my blaze 3 times before I got one that worked. Seems to track fewer steps than my HR and doesn't track distance well.

Because it uses GPS it doesn't count my steps when I am in a building that blocks the signal which happens to be where I work for 6-8 hours a day I use to have the wrist Fitbit and easily racked up 5-6 miles a day , but now I barely make 2 miles. I should have spent the extra $30 to get the Apple Watch which does even more then the Fitbit blaze

I like it, but it doesn't record all my steps especially on the treadmill and if you use all the functions, it drains the battery.

Easy to login daily food intake and workout routines. Although it would be more helpful if more exercises were added already.

The watch seemed to get in my way if typing on my laptop. Ended up returning the product, but really depends on preference.

I loved the Blaze for looks and features, unfortunately it was not accurate at all for counting my steps. I tried to change the stride length and also wear it on my dominant wrist. I contacted Fitbit and they were unable to help me. Nothing worked, so for the price of this product it was not worth keeping if it wasn't even close to accurate. I do have a friend that loves it and it is very accurate for her.

Not much improvement over the fitbit hr. Actually I think this one is less accurate then the hr. Step count is way low compared to the app on my phone, doesn't count steps it you have something in your hand and it didn't count half of the flights of stairs I took today. I got this one in hopes it was better than other trackers but it's not. When this one dies I will be getting a different tracker brand.

I probably would have kept it if the heart rate monitor worked. I ended up returning it and going with the apple watch.

Great watch for the price but there is a lot of wasted screen space and would be perfect with a built in GPS.

I gave the watch to my son as a Christmas gift. It looks really nice and loved all the features although it took a long time to setup and it would not pair. After about two weeks his wrist was ruby red. The watch seemed to have burned his skin and I had to return it. I looked in the Fitbit community and notice other people with the same reaction not sure if it was an allergy.

Fitbit’s bands have failed me in the past. So far this one has maintained its durability.
