Being short it does not register my steps like it should.

Fitbit generally knows their stuff when it comes to fitness tracking devices, but this thing is AWFUL for the price. Charging is a hassle and device settings and functions are extremely limited. Don't bother.

Fit bit worked great for a while then it stopped working. I looked online and see other people have the same problem, where even when you charge it the screen doesn't turn on.

First, it wouldn't charge. Then it wouldn't run. It was a gift to my husband, and after going back to the store several times for help, he returned it. :-(((

Had a problem right out of the gate. Called support and they said would have to swap it out with another one as it did not give any alerts from my wife's phone(mother's day present). Swapped it for a Motorola 360.

Hate this Fitbit watch. I had high hopes that it would be better than their other watches, especially in step and workout accuracy, but its actually worse. I compared it against several different exercises to my Polar V800 and the data was greatly different. Compared daily steps to my app on my phone, vastly different. Still does not count steps if you have something in your hand or are pushing a cart. Still get rashes from the device itself (changed bands and still had issues). I will be replacing it very soon with a Samsung fitness watch.

It takes a very long time to recognize when you are exercising. I cracked it down on my arm but it had my gear rate up to 140 for about 10 minutes before it adjusted.

Not happy with the track of steps but the heart rate works great and other features are nice, I feel I overpaid for this product, wish I had gotten an apple watch

The watch feature is not very easy to use. You must roll your hand up in an awkward position to to activate the display. Also, don't care for the watch face options

Works really well and is comfortable to wear. Not the most convenient to charge and battery doesn’t last as long as would be ideal for a vacation.

I was unable to charge the Blaze FIT BIT. Returned to the store and I don't want to purchase this model.

In my opinion it was not worth the price. Screen felt cheap. Display wasn't to great and for the price youd be better off buying an Apple Watch.

I’m not satisfied with it , cuz I have to change it every day , it doesn’t hold change for the Five days like it should or 2 days

Did not like, to much to get it up and running. Notifications were not functional enough. Purchase Asus smartwatch instead and loving it.

Blaze would not keep charge! The app on phone would show full charge but Fitbit blaze would shut off due to no charge daily. Customer service was terrible ... Still waiting to see if they actually replace it and how long it will take. Worked great first two weeks after that problems started.

Purchased this for my wife as a gift. Actually returned the first one after using it briefly because it was not accurate. Assuming we just received the proverbial "lemon" we returned it and got another. She experienced exactly the same issues (inaccurate) as the first. We compared it to 2 different iPhone applications and actual step counts and it did not perform as expected. I expected more from "Apple" and was disappointed.

I needed something to motivate me while working out and didn't want to spend a crazy amount of money. I never want to take it off. The battery life is awesome at about 4-5 days before I need to charge it. The app is always great and it tracks your sleep and steps pretty accurately. Receiving your texts and being able to switch through music tracks is a plus as well.

Not a fan of fit bit. It seems that a lot of their products have bad battery life.

not what we expected in smart product plus Iwatches do same thing and you can make phone calls

Not a good watch, If you have to choose between Apple watch or fit bit I say buy apple watch
