I tried this for a few weeks. Then the Apple Watch went on sale for 50 more. I returned the fit bit. Not worth 200

I've had many smart watches and fitness watches. My Charge HR was getting worn out so I knew it was time to upgrade. When this arrived I will say it was larger than expected. But the battery life and functionality definitely make up for that. I like how it pops right out of the strap for charging. LITERALLY lasts 4-5 days on one charge compared to barely two with the Charge HR. I get call notifications only bc I don't really need my wrist to vibrate every time I get a text. Lovely interface, all around great watch. Excellent buy!

I was given this Fitbit as a gift and had nothing but problems from the beginning. It failed to keep proper time, reset my steps at noon instead of midnight, and did not keep track of steps accurately. It appears others encountered similar issues. I tried everything to fix them, but to no avail. After 3 fitbits, I gave up and purchased an Apple Watch.

Screen and display are fine. Still cannot sync with phone. Band may be causing a rash.

We really wanted to love this device but has major design flaws. When using Blaze to track a workout the button to stop the work out is on the side of it.. So if you wear weight lifting gloves or weighted glove they push the buttons ending the workout. Used it for 3 weeks and 70% of the workouts were canceled do to accidental button pushing.

Heart rate monitor was not very accurate when compared to other premium devices.

Nice watch, but it doesn't track heart rate when I start walking hard. Very frustrating

I had the Fitbit Flex.....and then one of our pups ate it off my wrist one night while we were sleeping. My son has the Blaze and loves it so he talked me into getting one as well. People experienced with fitness trackers know that each one counts steps differently.....what "counts" is consistency. I did not like the band that came with it but I found a metal/magnetic one online that I LOVE! Great option that you can change bands. I like that you can set it to wake you up at a specific time (or use alarm for other things) and that it vibrates when I have an incoming call or message. I can view text messages which is helpful when I am busy at work. I would have given it 4 stars.....but last night I did a software update and was very happy with the increased options. I didn't really love the options for the clock but the update gave me more options and I found one that I really like. The update also now gives me the option to get email notifications. I also appreciate the email I get when my battery is running low. Touch screen is also a plus!

Too expensive. It does not deserve all the attention.

I got this and within two weeks the band was discolored.

Horrible! Did not work, so instead of replacing it, they made me send it in!! Still waiting for it!!! You should stand behind your products and replace them if they don't work!!!! Great Christmas present!!!!! Should get it by summer!!!!!!

Returned after a week. Never could get it to work properly. The device description and device itself said it would give me inactivity reminders but that never happened. It never properly recorded my sleep. The silicone band is hot and uncomfortable.

It does not tell that yo need to have an account on line to have it start. You need one to set up the clock if you do not it cannot be set. This should not have been par of the requirement to have the account. The features are not so great either.

Both the pedometer and heart monitor do NOT give you accurate readings. I spoke with Fitbit's Tech Support and they were unable to fix the issue. They sent me a replacement and it was the same thing. Do NOT waste your money!!!

After using this product for only two days, I knew I was going to love using it all the time. I've used the watch for two weeks now, and the Fitbit App on my iPhone and Fitbit Dashboard on my laptop are very useful because they display more detailed metrics for multiple fitness features than what you can see on the watch itself. I find it helpful to track my fitness over the past days/weeks, so the app/dashboard is just what I was looking for. The watch is comfortable but I think I would prefer a leather band. I'm hoping more colors in the leather bands become available soon before I buy any accessories!!

the heart rate never seemed to be right and correct i defntly would not recommend it to anyone

Brought it home and it never worked. Took it back to the store and purchased a Nike/Apple watch. Works perfectly

This product worked very nicely for a year, but then after that...nothing but problems...

This Blaze had an issue. But Best Buy was Fantastic. They replaced it with a Blaze that worked.
