This is a replacement for my original Fitbit. WOW!!! Easy to check my heartbeat. I’m constantly on stairs; 2O+ flights a day.

I previously had the Fitbit Flex 2. This model is such a nice upgrade. Looks good, easy to read, and the features are everything I wanted.

Great and very lite weight easy when working out don't have to worry about sweat you can also take a shower with it on with no worries.

Lots of new things to love with this fit but but I do find some things harder to do. I wish they would bring the charge 2 face to the new charge 3.

I guess i got unlucky with my unit and got a glitchy one. It constantly desyncs from my phone for weather updates, it has incredible delay in tracking calories. I’ll be resting at the gym with 100cal to go, and boom only 70 to go! How did i lose 30cal in 10sec by resting? Im going to get an exchange for hopefully a better unit..

Took care of my Fitbit problem because we had service contract for all electronics we own. Handled efficiently and customer satisfaction was 100%.

I highly recommend this tracker. It is pretty accurate on steps and activity compared to other trackers and love the sleep activity tracker!

Excellent for people who are active and need a way of tracking all that you do. I’m able to keep track of all my health goals! I love it!

Got this to replace an old Charge 2 HR. Have had for a month, and it works great. The touchscreen is really handy.

I walk a lot in DC so it’s nice to keep track. I also love how it tells you when you need to move. Best Fitbit out there for a reasonable price!

Great product for tracking steps but the band is very cheap for this Fitbit, had to purchase a new band

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. He does not have a smart phone and it stated that you did not need a smart phone to use and that it would sync with a tablet. So far so good. It synched the first 4 days and now it will not sync with anything - tablet, smartphone, nothing...Fitbit has been contacted and they are trying to fix the problem, however, without the app it's just a fancy watch.

... wish it had more display options/customizability. Heart rate, step, and sleep trackers are great... The app is also!

I bought this Fitbit for a gift and it was loved by the person I gave it to. It is really beautiful and nice. works great.

I love the size of the face of this Fitbit. It gives a weekly report. It's everything I wanted in a Fitbit.

I have been reviewing my activity although I have not made any changes yet. It gives lots of progress alerts to keep you motivated.

I upgraded from the Charge. I love the additional features this version has. I have already completed one software update and have had no issues.

It’s an amazing tool for exercising and keeping up with your activities I love that it has the sleep tracker that tells you how good you’ve slept

Works great but has froze withing the first week of getting it. Did a little research and figured out how to reset it.
