Bought this for my wife with the white band...she loves it. Thinking of buying one myself now.

Tracking distance riding a bike is not straightforward and requires the Fitbit charge 3 to use ones phones’ gps. Sometimes this doesn’t work too well. After having water on the tracker during hand washing, it no longer gives visual status when I reach my steps goals, I have to press the button to see this.

I bought this item for One of my children. She uses it every day and really relies on it

The Charge 3 is a good device overall. It is quite accurate! Before buying the device, I had read many reviews online that the problem with Fitbit is the Warranty Department. I read that should the device malfunction it would be very difficult to work with the Warranty Department. This has been the exact case for me! The band will no longer connect to the device. Per instructions from Fitbit I have sent five pictures, a video, had an online chat, a phone conversation, and six emails to this point, and still I can’t get a replacement device or any real direction. Instead I have received stalling emails asking where I live and where I bought the device despite having an account on file with Fitbit. I have went above and beyond what has been instructed by Fitbit, and to this point all for nothing. I do not recommend this company! Good device, but very, very poor service. Very poor experience for me with Fitbit!

I bought this for Daughter so she could monitor her heart rate. She Loves It. Wears it everywhere and everyday.
