    I bought this Fitbit Charge3 as a gift for my Mom who wanted it for the heartrate monitor/step tracking and who does not have a cell phone, only a laptop. The Charge3 does NOT sync with windows 10/bluetooth. Before purchasing, be sure to read similar reviews about this issue. Company does not have a fix for it yet. Will be returning and buying a different tracker. Very disappointed. Although almost everyone has a cell phone now, the older generation will have difficulties finding a tracker that fits their lifestyle for these items.
