Bought it as a gift for someone not tech savvy. It's very easy to use and well worth it.

I was very pleased with the Fitbit for the first few days but then one day it wouldn’t synch to the phone. I attempted everything possible that I could to problem solve the issue and tried all recommendations from Fitbit and other online posts and couldn’t remedy the issue. Without the ability to synch the watch was essentially useless for me other then providing the time and counting steps. I was mostly attracted to the sleep tracker, alarm function and HR/exercise analysis on the app but I couldn’t access it. After 9 days of trying to fix and being unsuccessful, I decided to return for full refund. Best Buy was excellent to work with in the return.

I bought this Fitbit just for the time of day and the information it gives while I'm exercising. I didn't want a fancy watch. I'm still learning all that it does, and what I should set it to when I'm exercising. I'm happy with it, but I wish I had a BOOK (I know that's not the norm anymore) that I could use to know all the settings.

Great features and more of them. Like that it tells you how much sleep you got.

I love this Fitbit. It works great and is comfortable. I am writing this review almost 2 years after I purchased it. I wear it all day, everyday. I only take it off to shower, swim and clean it. I charge it when I shower. Never have issues with it not working. I like that syncs with the MyFitnessPal app, where I count my calories.

Amazing device works well without difficulty easy to set up

It was a gift for mother, she has had a heart/Activity monitor before but before but lost it. It worked fine but my mother needed something with a larger screen and there is no option to change the face. We ended up returning and getting her a VERSA. If you want simple and don't mind the face being small this would be a good option.

I love everything about this tracker! Coming from a charge 2 for the last 3 years it was difficult at first to get used to some features, like the tap button instead of a regular button, but I have adapted fairly quickly. I also noticed that this tracker doesn't sync as well with my phone as my charge 2 did and I don't always get my messages on it.

Very happy with this purchase. I have worn it at the water park with no problems.
