Love the fact that I can now see the time, date and my steps all on one screen. Also with the lighted display, I can now check the time in a dark movie theater (without sneaking out my phone) or when I wake up in the middle of the night.

I should have just gotten a new charge 2. completing my usual tasks seem more complicated. Several options are available for the main clock screen, however, none of them include the date. I haven't actually used any of the new features. Currently my screen isn't working although it is charged and it won't reset when I follow the website instructions. I do like the rose gold color on the sides.

I had an old Fitbit that wasn’t syncing with my Fitbit in a timely manner, so I purchased this one as a replacement. It works great, I couldn’t be happier. It syncs quickly and does a great job on keeping me active. I love it.

Bought this tracker at the end of August 2019. Since the beginning of this month, September 2020, it will not hold a charge for even 48 hours. Guess that is why there is a one year warranty. I have tried everything including disabling notifications to extend battery life. Even before this problem, I was disappointed in my ability to read the display while outside. Pretty expensive if you have to replace it each year.

great out of the box experience. Minimal packaging and no on board instructions. Downloaded the app and a quick sync with android phone went great. May want a tech helper to help a user with less experience.

The fitbit was a present for my daughter's birthday (Nov) works fine, can't complaint. The only issue I'm having is when trying to charge it, I have to reset it and plug it to my computer, if not it won't charge

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my grandson. Unfortunately stopped working 3 weeks later. Thank you to Best Buy for replacing it with a new one.

This Fitbit 3 takes longer to synchronize. I like it because it has more features but I don’t know why synch-ing takes longer than the Fitbit 2. Most of the time Fitbit 2 will synch automatically.

I got this for my dad and it’s wuicjky turned from something I thought he would wear every now and then to every day. Amazing how much stuff this thing tracks and the design is very sleek! Now time for me to get one for myself!

I’ve had mine for a month now and it works great, it is light and sometimes I forget I even have it on. The app on the iPhone is great and the best feature I like the best is the silent alarm. That will only wake you up and not the kids.

Easy to wear 24 hours a day! I have the iWatch but it felt heavy while actually working out and the Fitbit charge is lighter and I’m not afraid of dropping or getting wet and it meets my needs for a whole lot of $$ less than the iWatch.

Purchased for my wife. The band color and Fitbit Rose Gold color was better then expected. The larger band was used and complete, is not bulky or clunky. The Fitbit works as described. At this time, nothing negative to report.

This Fitbit 3 is nice because it has more features than Fitbit 2. But it takes longer to synchronize with my phone. You need to open the apps to sync. It doesn’t automatically sync like Fitbit 2.

The gray part is coming off around the face of my FITBIT and my FITBIT face does not light up when i flip my wrist. It only lights up if I touch the button. Steps are not accurate at all. NOT Thrilled.

They definitely upgraded the Charge 2 with this Charge 3! There are so many more features, so much more user friendly, and I'm so happy I made the decision to get one. I loved my Charge 2, but the upgrades to the Charge 3 are well worth it.

I gave this as a gift to a lady friend of mine. She loves it. This Fitbit replace one that she was broken. She really missed it so I got her a new replacement. She is thrilled to have a Fitbit again. Beautiful watch with the white band.

This is the 3rd fitbit i have owned. Our whole family uses them and love them. I have worn out the other 2 and when my surge band broke the other day. So i headed over to best buy and grabbed the charge 3. So far very happy with it.

I love that it tracks your heart rate all day so if you do some exercise that you actually tell Fitbit to follow, you can still see what your heart rate was during your exercise. It’s light, easy to wear, accurate, and fun!

These devices were very well received, and have led to increased engagement between grandma and the grandchildren as they compete with each other for steps each week. Great motivator, and the water tolerance is a big help for our swimmer!
