App requires up to date operating system. Windows 10 for the desktop version, though MacOS support goes back to 10.5. Android and iOS are fine if you want to use your smart phone.

This is my second fitbit - I love the sleek look and the easy navigation through the screens. It is so lightweight I forget I have it on my wrist. I love the way it gives me gentle reminders to stop working and get moving.

I have a lot of issues with getting enough sleep. Having the sleep details really helps me to see patterns which helps me figure out some things that cause some of my sleep issues.

My wife is a big fan of her Fitbit Charge 3. It combines great features that are easy to use, and the simple style makes it wearable for any occasion. This is her second Fitbit, and she won't change to any other brand.

got this to replace my wife's old Fitbit 3 (2.5yrs). Nothing last forever but it did'nt owe us anything.Set-up was a little wonky,but works for what we needed.

I had the previous model of the Fitbit tracker and loved the ease of tracking steps, calories and sleep pattern. The Charge 3 is more accurate and easy to use.

i have been a fit bit wearer for 2 plus years. My wife said when I upgrade she wanted my old one. Instead I bought her the charge 3 and she loves it. Easy to set-up and easy to read. Great choice for anyone.

the tracker works great; the only problem is the bluetooth tracking is pretty slow. Sometimes I have to turn on and off bluetooth on my iphone several times to get the syn working.

I am not computer saavy..My main purpose buying this was to monitor my heart rate because I have pro lapse mitro valve. I also use it as a my main daily watch and I can wear it in the shower because it is water resistant..

This thing is great! It’s really helped me achieve my fitness goals and is definitely an improvement from the older models. Overall I’d say this thing is gold. Worth every penny. If I could give a 6 star rating I would.

I bought this to start my weight loss journey and I am pleased at the way it tracks everything like steps, exercise, heart rate, water intake and even sleep patterns. Very good investment!

Love my charge 3 and use it very single to day to help keep e on track. My ONLY complaint is I wish the screen was brighter, I cannot read it when outside.

To get full use of this watch you need a smart phone and the fitbit app. Setup is explained on the referenced web site. If you’re comfortable with the technology it is a really good tracker

Was not real happy with my Fitbit The display went dark and was hard to see in low light, Ended up in a drawer

This device meets all of my heath tracking needs. I lost my Alta on my way to an extended hiking trip and needed a replacement. This device stays secure on your wrist, is comfortable and has a ton of useful features.

The initial installation instructions were too vague. I had to check community info boards to determine why screen was different (single white line) from Fitbit website description- a firmware update was needed.

Don’t want to pay for an Apple Watch? Or need all the features? But want to keep track of daily activity and other stats? Then the Charge 3 is a great device for that. I like the size and the simple functions it has.

It works as advertised... The battery lasts a long time and it does everything it was supposed to do --- sometimes it is hard to remember which way to swipe the watch to get to the info you need to see..

I love my Fitbit. Perfect size and can get wet. I like the interchangeable bands. I count steps and heart rate while working out. I love the alarm clock to. Recommend to anyone
