I bought this as a gift for my mom who is not really tech savvy and she loves it! It was super easy to set up and with the app on her phone she is quickly picking up how to use the new fitness technology. A great buy!

I love it. I wear it everyday. With the app It helps me track everything including your heart rate and sleep. I'm a visual person, so to see everything in a graph is awesome.

It stalls. It won't log my steps. Other than that, I do like that it doesnt eat up my phone battery like the Apple Watch did. Battery time is great on this thing.

This fitness tracker does all the things i need it to without being expensive. Works well during most fitness activities. Touch screen is non responsive in pool but still funtions.

What a great little gift from the family. I am certainly enjoying it and have used all of its features so far. Sleep mode can sometimes not give me an accurate reading and can be hit or miss sometimes for me.

This fit bit does a good job of keeping you aware of your movement. It reminds you to get up and move if you have been sitting still to long. You can see who is calling and read messages.

Great purchase at a great price. I look for this item everywhere an it was way expensive but wit best buy I get a great deal. Cant' wait to keep purchasing from Best Buy.

Screen went dark. Updates made it worse. Fitbit customer service was no help.

Bought this for my Mother for Christmas. She loves it! Tracks her steps, heart rate , and shows her text messages! She is obsessed with it. Great price to quality ratio. Would recommend for anyone!

The Fitbit - Charge 3 Activity Tracker + Heart Rate works great. Every step I take is tracked and the heart rate monitor works consistently.

My Wife does not take the 2 off, so with the new options, I’m sure she will love this one and it’s slightly bigger screen, just as much. The longer battery life before a recharge is also appreciated.

I like it until I switch from droid to Apple. I had to fix my setting for the app. Once I got the hang of it again, I liked it again. Easy to use on tracking workouts.

I went to the doctor and the heart rate matched the one taken at the office . I witch on the app it would give the percentage of battery life left instead of the general terms.

I got more than I bargained for with this purchase. It has made me much more aware of my calorie intake and expenditure. I am sure being more aware will help me to lose weight and get into better shape.

Having fitbit pay was great when I was traveling in Australia. Tap to pay is much more widely adopted there and being able to just tap my fitbit was very convenient.

My first fit bit was a charge 2, I had it for three 1/2 years. It conked out so I got the Charge 3 and one it! Nice upgrade and easy new items that make a more complete tracker for me.

This Fitbit was a Christmas present for our daugter and she loved it. It was easy to program and she was off and running with her new gift. Thanks to Best Buy for just the right Christmas present.
