Does what I wanted it to do. Functional and in my opinion very attractive. Works as a smartwatch but isn't huge and awkward on my wrist. Love it.

Previously I had the original fitbit charge HR. Great improvements. Better fit for small wrists. Small and large bands included.

Very easy set up, track steps exercise and sleep. The sleep function I feel is pretty accurate. The exercise as we all know is very accurate..

Overall Fitbit is doing what it is supposed to do but it stopped sending alert messages to iPhone when power is low. Now, I have to manually check to see what percentage the Fitbit power is at every 5 or 6 days. Defeats the purpose if you’re working out and your Fitbit is not tracking due to no power.

I have the Garmin brand from Bestbuy and I wasn't sure about the fitbit. It works just as well so I couldn't complain about the watch

I like charge 3. This is my first FitBit. Tracking all my fitness activities and reaching goals on daily basis

Got this for a friend and she has really enjoyed it. Measurements and features are greatly improved over the Charge 2 which I had been using.

I had the alta hr and I enjoyed it and the charge is a little bigger witch is nice and some of the new features are nice like relax app

Ya get what pay for. this works great sometimes the notifications get a little tricky, but the wife loves it.

Started working out great, then screen would go blank, called Fitbit for a reset...(MISTAKE should have returned to Best Buy Store) started working again. just went blank again, called fitbit could not get it working. Went to Best Buy store for Exchange only...missed return date by four weeks….will not Exchange for us. Will have to deal with Manufacturer on Warranty...Customer Service not good at Best Buy...we spent $3,869.18 as Elite Customer...now no more....ADVICE for other: Any issue you have RETURN the merchandise to Best Buy while in their 30 day window even if you think it is minor or you will be stuck having No assistance from them to resolve issues that arise after the return window...

I really like this new Fitbit Charge 3. There are features that I have not learned how to use yet, but I am still figuring it all out.
