Product froze

I almost returned it then I recharged it (even though it was recharged the night before.) The fitbit app sucks & it freezes & it's always going through maintenance.

Screen Problems

Lots of Issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought I was "upgrading" when I bought a Charge 3 to replace my Charge 2. The Charge 2 did everything I wanted except you cannot read the display outside in the daylight. The Charge 3 said "40% bigger, brighter display"... it was barely brighter on the parts of the screen that have full brightness...unfortunately, Fitbit thought it would be cool to have half of what is on the display in tiny dim fonts.. There are many other issues..connectivity issues..counting about 10x the amount of floors you actually went up.. If you read the help forums on the Fitbit site, you will see the much larger amount of people with issues for this particular product compared with their other trackers. I returned it and bought a Versa instead.
