    I returned this unit after two of attempting to get it to sync with the Fitbit application on either a Samsung or LG brand phones. Neither phones would see the Charge 3 in their blue tooth device lists. Our Charge 2 and Versa have had no major issues being able to sync with the Fitbit application. Best Buy does not sell extended warranties on Fitbit products anymore due to a large number of returns of defective on Fitbit products.
