Fitbit is great with added options from HR2 making it the best activity tracker next to a smart watch. I would have given it 5 stars but Best Buys no longer offers their coverage plans on its activity trackers.

Great tracker, use it for steps and sleep mostly. Nice size and easy to use. The text notification is inconsistent. This is my third fit bit, they don’t last longer than 2 years.

My original Fitbit stopped working and I thankfully had the extended coverage so I was able to get a new Fitbit. This new Fitbit is great! I don't have to charge it but maybe once a week and so much better than the previous one.

It's comfortable, handy to have the time on my wrist again as well as counting my steps. I appreciate the features I can customize to prompt me to exercise. Love the waterproofing and being able to challenge friends in the accompanying app.

My dad’s old Fitbit finally “bit” the dust, so I got him this one. He wishes the display had larger letters/numbers. I searched the online community and it seems he’s not the only one with this complaint.

The Fitbit is very easy to set up on your phone. It has all the bells and whistles you need in order to keep track of your vitals as well as get imessages and phone call alerts on your Fitbit. It is also able to withstand to a good workout.

I had to get one replaced through warranty because of screen issues. Occasional syncing issues. It's not exactly something trendy to wear everywhere. Other than that. Great product.

Honestly, I'm not sure if I got a defective unit, or if fitbits are defective by design. Heart Rate tracking is wildly off during exercise - 30-50bpm away from actual pulse count. frequently doesnt actually track heart rate during exercise - when it matters most. light vs deep sleep tracking works some nights... other nights, it only provides sleep vs awake. Syncing problems are a regular frustration. Overall I feel I'm being generous giving two stars. Returned it for a refund.

I love this Fitbit. It has made me conscious of getting up and moving which has helped me drop a few pounds and get healthy. I love also that I can link with other Fitbit users and complete challenges that keep me motivated.

I have had the different versions of the Fitbit watches/tracker. The Charge 3 I believe will work out just great for me. There are so many things it can do and I am most happy that I don't have to worry too much about moisture.

Purchased this for my teenage daughter as an upgrade to an old early generation basic fitbit. What an amazing upgrade. This model has so much more functionality. It looks great and works great so far (30 days of use). Highly recommend.

I had the first HR Charge before I purchased this one. It turned me off of Fitbit because the band would eventually separate from the device itself. Those issues have thankfully been resolved and the interchangeable bands allow for some customization to your personal tastes. Unfortunately since the update to IOS 13 my Fitbit doesn’t sync reliably. It’s been several weeks now and no resolution. At this point I would have expected a solution to have been found. I’ll knock off a star for that but otherwise this is a great product.

I'm happy with the results of the charge 3. It keeps me motivated and tracks my activities through out the days and weeks ahead. A full charge will last 6-7 days. I wish the text was larger to see when I get a call or text notification.

I was immensely excited to upgrade from the Charge 2, which I loved, to the Charge 3. Initial impression was that the Charge 3 is a step up in comfort; it's lighter and sits flatter against the wrist. The screen is also larger and brighter. However, it's curious that Fitbit touts the larger screen on the Charge 3 then reduces the amount of info shown as compared to the Charge 2; as of this writing, you only get the time and two stats, and customization of the stats is limited. (On the Charge 2, I enjoyed being able to see steps and active minutes in addition to the date, but that's not an option on the Charge 3.) Fitbit also brags that the new screen is brighter, but all stats are in dimmer text than the time, making them nearly impossible to read in sunlight. Other gripes: while the touchscreen is nice in theory, it's quite finicky and doesn't always respond, and the touch-sensitive side "button" with haptic feedback is nearly underneath the watch, making it difficult to get used to. After a week, I returned the Charge 3 and am back to using the Charge 2, which, while on the surface isn't as high-tech as the 3, is a superior fitness tracker.

Great tracker...Hopefully this one will last longer than my Charge 2. Seems like all Fitbit trackers last just long enough to make it to when the new model comes out. Great marketing strategy!

My 11 year old daughter loves her fitbit. She wishes the bands had a tighter adjustability for her smaller wrist. She likes how long it holds a charge and the options available. Happy daily user!
