I wanted to like it...

I contacted their support, which didn't have any great solutions other than resetting, which I was already doing. Replaced it with a Charge4 which works as I would expect a fitness tracker to work.

Great look and feel, but bad at accuracy

The counts/steps are not accurate at all. I can be alseep and wake up to over 50 steps counted. I love the sleep monitor feature though, but it fails with the steps. It really tracks your arm movements more then steps.
