Love wearing this new light weight watch . Has so many features hard to list all. My favorite is notifies you a calling is coming thru, who is calling and that they left message. Let’s you see how long you actually sleep, vibrates to let you know it’s time to get moving. How many steps you took too. Information also can be downloaded at your doctors and so much more.

I paid a little more to get the Special Edition but I am glad I did. I can go for a run and leave my phone and wallet home while still being able to track my run, get current pace time, and more while even being able to stop at the store to pick up anything I need using fitbit pay. Charge 3 is a major upgrade from Charge 2! Looks great with the added white band which covers the price difference of the regular alone. The display looks crisp and beautiful and its even fully water proof assuming you are not a deep sea diver or something. Simple, elegant, and does everything you need in a fitness tracker...

I love this Fitbit, longest battery life of all the Fitbits I have had. The band does not irritate my skin like the previous versions. Features are easier to use than previous versions.

I love this one! I used to have the alta hr and I loved it. However this one is so much functional and the battery last longer (my favorite part) The screen response time is always kind of annoying but, nothing that affects me.

3 weeks in and my lavender band looks dull. Has another band in box (Black) I switched to. Haven’t tried swimming yet but they said it could be done. Love the UI it’s nice and clear. You can read full texts when they come in than charge 2. Screen size is a bit bigger which is my favorite. Definitely buy if you have an older Fitbit or want to get one; this is it!

Replaced old Fitbit and this one has several different options for the face, a no vibration during sleep, customizable clock face. Battery last about 3 days depending on the number of text you get

I like this activity tracker a lot! The app is very easy to use and my only issue is there are now a few dark lines across the top of the screen :/ Sometimes it has connection issues, but they’re usually easy to solve.

The new Fitbit Charge 3 is great. I especially love the new face of the watch. And the new type of band is so much more stylish and comfortable-plus as an added bonus you get 2 extra bands included with this new limited edition.

Fitbit Is Highly Usable, Very Low Quality

This is my fourth attempt of making Fitbit a part of my overall health tracking. The Fitbit works fine and, at least this time, the screen still works and didn't crack or fail like it has every other time. Unfortunately, the wrist band is nearly in two pieces and the tracker can no longer be used. I've had this experience with iterally every fitbit I have ever owned (four total counting the ones they replaced for me because they were under warranty). I doubt I will ever buy a fitbit again.

I love my new Fitbit. It does what I need it to do without having a phone on my wrist. I mainly use it for tracking my steps/exercise, notifies me of text/phone calls (I have a Apple Iphone) and monitors my heart rate. It has other functions, but these are my main ones. I also use the “Relax” function through the day to help keep my breathing in check and aware of being mindful. I charge it every Sunday night, and the charge last a week. Happy with the purchase!

Great Fitbit. It has it all. It monitors my heart rate. It keeps track of how many steps I do each hour as well as how many calories I use up. But most of all it is waterproof. I can be monitored whether awake or asleep, walking or swimming. I’m just starting my rehab so this will help me monitor my progress. I really think this will help motivate me.

I use to wear apple watch. Hated charging it daily. It did a lot but really didn’t use it. The Fitbit does exactly what I want it to and does it well. This thing lasts for 4-5 days. Takes an hr to fully charge. Tracks sleep to the tee. Got a new born and pretty much tells me exactly when she woke up few times a night. It keeps track of my steps, heart rate etc. does exactly what’s its suppose to. I get notifications from my phone. I like that you can choose which apps u allow notifications from. the Fitbit app is really good and keeps me engaged. Two things that I didn’t care for that it lost a star on. It’s horrible on keeping track of stairs climbed. It consistently says I climbed a lot of stairs even though I live in a single story home. And work on first floor. Second. I had to pay for a separate app to sync with apple health. Should be just done automatically. Why do I care about apple health. It’s hard to say if this company will be around in the long run (decades) and like the idea of having this data backed up.

    Do Your Research Before Buying

I’m wondering if all of the people who gave the Charge 3 a five-star review are casual wearers of trackers or if they wrote the review without giving it enough time to understand the issues. I’m sorry that I didn’t do more research about Fitbit the company and the Charge 3 before I purchased it. Here are my cons: 1. The face of the tracker only stays on for about five seconds and there is no way to change that timing. Imagine trying to work out and wanting to check your heart rate only to find that you have to keep tapping the face to see the BPM. Fine if you are walking but with an intense workout or jogging, it is extremely difficult. There are over 1,000 complaints on Fitbit.com about this issue but Fitbit has not addressed it. This is a deal breaker for many customers. 2. The syncing. It doesn’t. This is not a Charge 3 specific issue but a Fitbit issue however, you can’t separate the two. If you click “all-day sync” you still need to do a push if you want your tracker to immediately sync. Syncs to something like MyFitnessPal take a long time. 3. The placement of the tracker in order to get a correct BPM reading is difficult. You have to move it for times when you are exercising (two finger lengths from your wrist and less tightness on the wrist strap), move it for normal wear, etc. 4.Sleep tracking. The website and app are fine but there is something in the Charge 3 that this keeps turning off. Again, go read the customer complaints. There are many. Pros: 1. Assuming that the heavens aligned and everything worked as it should, this would be a great item considering the features and relatively inexpensive cost. After 15 days, Best Buy doesn’t take back items that need to be activated so I’m stuck here. Would not recommend the Charge 3 if you are a serious about tracking your health.

I am still surprised how much I like this Fitbit, which is my first fitness tracker. It does everything I expected and much more, the free Fitbit app has some awesome features I was unaware of before my purchase. The sleep tracking is useful and fascinating and the heart rate information has been accurate, both of these can be viewed as charts in the Fitbit app so you can track change/progress over time. There are other charts/categories as well. For the money, I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to know more about their body and fitness level! I've since purchased one for my father and plan to gift various Fitbit models to other friends and family members. I have become a loyal Fitbit customer indeed, great products and affordable prices.

    Upgrading from Charge 2

I've had the Charge 2 for 2 years, then one day a split appears down the middle of the screen. No impact, no damage, but somehow the screen is now broken. Since I'm out of warranty, I decided to upgrade to a Charge 3. I also bought a screen protector to HOPEFULLY prevent another mysterious screen split. So far so good. I miss having an actually button on the left side of the screen, now it's just a groove with a pressure sensor. The menus are easy to navigate through with the new scroll/swipe function. I hope this one lasts more than 2 years.
