my wife uses this constantly she absolutely loves it

We like the item but a problem with servicing the watch have gone unanswered by the company. Not happy with the company and for this reason would not provide a recommendation for it to my friends!!!

The price point was reasonable, the only issue is that half the screen stopped working after being used for a year. I should add that it has never gotten wet and was well taken care of. Guess the LCD was not up to par.

Have had several Fitbitproducts in the past and they were all reliable. Can’t tell you much because I couldn’t get the straps to stay on for more than 10 minutes. Bought a replacement strap and had the same result. Returned both products.

It was great, until now. The back light is only bright when it wants to be. I can't read it half the time because it is too dark. I am going to have to think about getting something else.

The screen would stop working and they I would have to wait while a new one was sent. Battery life is good,

Produce is OK, not really impressed. Does not hold battery charge well. Have to charge Fitbit every other day. The watch is not comfortable to wear. Not happy with produce and would not recommend or buy in future.

Easy to use. Nice looking. Only problem was display to small. No happy about the life is only about a year before battery give out. Could no find out a way to replace it.

Didn't like the band, nothing really wrong just personal taste. Definitely make sure you try on band to really make sure you like it.

bought this for my mother for. but she was only able to wear it for about a week and started hurting her wrist. after some research other have complained about the same issue so i had to return it.

I had a Galaxy Gear Fit 2, I prefer the features on it better, easier to read, and navigate. But the band on the Fitbit is much better, and if I didn't have a Samsung Phone it would be ok.

I bought this thinking it was an improvement with more features than its predecessor. Not so much! Band is nice but no other improvements over what we had with the old Fitbit.

I loved my Fitbit Charge 3, but it stopped working before a year was up and I didn’t get to send it back before the warranty was up.

The alerts for texts and phone calls only happen when you are right by your phone. With the charge 2 I could be downstairs and my phone upstairs and I received alerts.
