Absolutely love all the features. But, it is almost impossible to stop a sport you are tracking.

Doesn't have as many bells and whistles as my samsung watch but it gets the job done.

Tried resetting and exchanging but we continued having issues with the step counter

I love it so much but after 2 months of use, the battery will no longer charge. Fitbit tried to walk me through every step to get it up and running. Now I wait for a "replacement part". Seems to be an ongoing problem with the Fitbit 3. I pray that the new one will work! I love the size. Not to big and not to small.

Literally purchased two of these in one day, back to back because the first one didn’t work so I tried a different store but same fit bit charge. The Best Buy team was awesome in helping me try to figure out why it didn’t update and why I kept getting a generic, “something went wrong” message. I tried every step to make it work through the Fitbit app and with the Geek Squad. I also contacted Apple for help to make sure my phone was ok. I don’t like to give a poor review, but I’m just being honest in my experience. I did all I knew to ensure it worked but it didn’t for whatever reason the Fitbit app gave as an error. I was extremely excited to use this as a part of my workouts and sleep patterns. Fitbit has a great reputation, that’s why I purchased the item. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. I hope it works for others. I just went ahead a bought an AppleWatch from Best Buy instead.

its a real good product, but purple fading, and looses connection with phone a lot

It works great, just irritates my skin. Other than that the unit itself is good.

This product should be recalled. The product freezes even the ones that fitbit replace . It has been replaced 3 times and all has the same issue. No fitbit only offers a pertcentage off od my next purchase. I will never purchase another fitbit product.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. I got her additional bands as well. The problem is the screen went out on it in less than two months. We did everything we could and what FitBit support told us to do. We could not get the screen to come back on, but it tracked still. They have a great warranty program, so we received a replacement rather quickly. It has now been about two months and the screen is acting up again. We might have to get yet another replacement. There is obviously something wrong when issues continue to crop up like this. With the exception of the issues she is having with it, my wife loves the fitbit.

It is ok, but I still can’t get it set up and it is hard to read.

Really like the fitbit dashboard and metrics. This is my 3rd product in less than 10 years but the first i will replace due to not working anymore. Screen stopped working after 18 months.

Go for regular charge 3 if your wrist is not very big.

I've owned a fitbit before without any problems. But this the battery on this device died within 6 to 8 weeks. I called fitbit and after jumping through a few hoops, they sent me another Charge 3 free of charge. After 6 to 8 weeks that battery has also died. I was told by Fitbit customer service my only course of action is to go back to Best Buy which I plan to do. But, according to many people, the battery in these watches are suboptimal and will not last. I suggest you take your money and invest in another product until they fix this problem.

doesn’t track sleep correctly or exercise why I bought

These watches are really a disappointment. Minimal functionality at the same cost as some full-feature Apple and Android Wear devices. These really are disappointing so unless you already have and love FitBit, I would stay away.

The display and wristbands break easily!! No display

I have no idea why these are as popular as they are, probably because there are not too many other choices out there for people that don't want a full on smartwatch, and just want a decent fitness tracker. Well my experience was not great. I got a line of dead pixels going across the screen on DAY ONE! Literally the same day I bought it. One of the very telling things about their quality is the fact that Best Buy doesn't offer any protection plans for them anymore, and it's because Fitbit told them not to. Why can that be I wonder? I bought a Samsung Galaxy Gear Fit instead and it's still great 6 months later. No issues with it.

I bought this for my wife and she loved it at 1st. it was perfect for her needs until exactly one year later. Due to updates this fit bit no longer works and it isn't worth repairing. Ended up buying my wife and Apple watch instead

This device is constantly having issues, very low charge rate, screen display is poor, syncing to the fitbit app is poor, takes forever. Very sorry we bought this pice of junk.
