For the money i expected more, i got this for the pay option but it’s such a hassle to pay with it, only good thing is the sleep cycle read, I think it’s too generous for the calorie burning read

I hate went i check to see an product onliner and it show you more products to by with that procuct I am checking to see if I like it . /can best buy take that offer off. it is very disrespectfull.

I picked this up about a year ago, it worked fine for maybe 6 months and the functionality began to decline. The face of the watch would black out and not come back on for hours at a time, it also stopped lighting up when I brought it up to my face, and had connectivity issues. I contacted customer service because it was well within the warranty and they would not do anything to resolve the issues. Don't waste your time or money

purchased watch-28 days later, battery died. Replaced and 27 days later the display went totally black.

Although the steps show up on the phone, but for going on. 9 months not on the face of the Fitbit. Totally black screen.

the fit bit push button on side quit working within a short time...seems to be stuck and no where to get it repaired

The strap on older Fitbit came loose and I lost it. Newest Fitbit staple seems reliable but less attractive and it also doesn't give me my text messages

Watch display face failed last month. Watch is twenty-five months old. Called mfg. without help.

I thought this one was a sp2 monitor too but it's not. Not as good as my hr. But it does the same as any other fitbit

For some reason wouldn't sync. Tool forever to reach tech support for fitbit. Just got a apple watch

I could not get it to sync to my iPhone. I liked the color and the font of the numbers.

purchased first one, would not track activity accurately and needed charged after a few days. exchanged for another one after about 10 days and second one got the same results. returned second one to store for credit and was going to purchase a versa 2 but was told i would have to pay again to have it programmed. told clerk to just keep it and left Best Buy. purchased versa 2 at another store and it works good.

I returned the tracker because it counted a lot of steps when I was sitting. I assume it monitors are movement as taking steps. Not accurate at all. Also, it gave me credit for riding a bike for 17 minutes one day. I haven't ridden a bike in over 30 years. This was the second one I got because I returned the first one due to the same issues. I thought the first one was defective and the second one showed that it was not.

Terrible! Froze up on several occasions and customer service at Fitbit could not correct. Had to return product. After reading Fitbit forum it’s a malfunction that happens often. Too bad loved my alta this needs to be addressed before I will buy a charge 3 again.

I don't feel like it's all that accurate. I drove a car for 10 hrs straight and while on the drive it said I had achieved 10,000 steps. Not even a possibility that I got half that.

Interface with the screen is substandard. Often have to push the on button a couple of times and to access the various updates, you have to swipe the screen. Poor and inconsistent performance. Have to swipe multiple times to get to data I want. Not consistent performance or reliability. A purchasing mistake

I don't think when fitbit is tracking steps is accurate.

Nice watch but hardware went bad within 90days. Be aware

I purchased this in feb and it has quit working all together. Stopped syncing to my phone. Vibrates nonstop for no reason. Only good thing is after contacting Fitbit they are replacing it with the same thing or a different one. Whichever I pick.
