This is my first fitness watch, I like it so far. Easy to use and setup, do have a problem with it syncing sometimes but if I am patient it works out.

I was sceptical that a fitbit would motivate me to walk more and pay closer attention to my fitness. This device has changed my life. I watch my steps every day and track my sleep. I have lost 15 pounds. Great product

I have had several activity trackers, but THIS Charge 3 captures all the features I have been wanting in ONE tracker! Being able to track HR, waterproof, and sleek design combined into ONE activity tracker makes THE ultimate device!

I love this Fitbit! It is very stylish and easy to use. It helps keep me aware of my steps and exercise daily. It's comfortable to wear during the night to track my sleep patterns as well.

wanted watch/GPS to start tracking steps taken during a given time, easy to use, strap is a little sloppy, wrist seems to be in between openings. Overall works for what the intent was in buying

This is great for the most part only issue is it’s having trouble syncing correctly with my phone. Very good design and features if it syncing issue was fix I’d give it a perfect review

I like tis Fitbit - it's a little larger than the Charge 2 with some of the same design layout as C2. Couldn't buy the extended warranty but I guess when it's dead I'll have to buy something else. Good so far.

HR is not really accurate compare to other fitness tracker but it shows the trend of your heart beats. Easy to use, long battery life, great bang for your bucks.

The pros: Very good for fitness. I know my mileage, how much of that was considered cardio and fitness, my heartrate. If I choose to wear it to bed I can see my sleep patterns. The cons: I have broken 3 watch bands in the same place, each after about a year. Since I had the Best Buy warranty, I replaced them. This time, they would not give me the warranty, which means they know there is a defect. I have had this watch for less than a year, so I don't know if they have fixed the problem. I would not buy another, if this band breaks. The other problem is that the band is rubber and gets hot and sweaty with exercise. I would prefer a choice of bands.

The Fitbit Charge 3 does everything that I need to track fitness as well as useful apps. One that I use often is weather. Also the Charge 3 runs a long time between charges. The Charge 3 is also waterproof.

I primarily use this to track my sleep habits and amount of steps taken daily. It helped me to realize that I need more sleep and I became more conscience of the amount of sleep of was getting or needed to get.

I bought it for the watch and to track my steps. It works great and I'm really starting to enjoy the other features ( heart rate, stairs, weather, calls, texts ) to name a few but my favorite is tracking my sleep.

Was torn between going big with Apple Watch 4 or a replacement for my Charge HR. For me, the fitness/sleep tracking won out over app integration with my iPhone. Primary driver for upgrade was failing (non replaceable) wristband and waterproof. The special edition gave me the extra stylish band; I have not yet tried the payment feature but I plan to. What exceeded my expectations was the integration with my iPhone. I can read text messages and the subjects of emails; I can decide to respond without taking out my phone. If I need to respond, I take out the phone. Battery life is 6-7 days. All day synch works great. Time zone changes work much better than my Charge HR. Only problem is display is difficult to read in full sunlight.

I have been wearing Fitbit bands for about 9 year now and about 6 years ago started wearing the Fitbit Charge 1 and then upgraded to the Charge 2. Fitbit has made great improvements with the Charge 3 and fixed a lot of the issues the previous versions had. Here are some of the positive changes: much longer battery life; ability to see the percentage of battery life left; notifications when I get messages and ability to quickly respond. This particular band is much more comfortable on my wrist than the previous bands and cooler in the summer. Fitbit also seems to have improved the face cover. This is my most favorite Fitbit yet and I am extremely pleased with my purchase and the great price Best Buy offered.

I owned the Charge 2 a couple years before getting this Charge 3. My main reason for wanting the new one was for the waterproof feature. I have yet to use this for swimming since it didn't come out until fall 2018, but the fact that I don't have to worry about taking it off doing dishes, showering etc has been great. I use the tracker to make sure I'm getting enough walking in each day, and to monitor my workouts to make sure I'm pushing myself to meet desired calorie burning. Also like having the notifications of texts on the watch so I don't have to keep my phone on me at all times while at work. I have switched to Fitbit app instead of other phone apps used previously and I'm very happy with ease of use and info the dashboard provides.

I bought this for my elderly father to track his activity and his sleep. It’s easy to use and he loves it. Each morning he is eager to learn how deeply he slept—or didn’t sleep—the night before.

I love the Fitbit watch. I do hope that this new one lasts longer than 18months though. The last one, screen turned gray. I did get a two year warranty on this new one thru Fitbit.

I upgraded from my old Alta which I had for four years to the Charge 3. Easy to set up and use, lots of great features. I like being able to wear it in the shower, charge lasts a long time.

Overall I am very happy with the purchase. I love that I am having to recharge tie Fitbit only once per week. The step count seems to be accurate. The only negative that I have found so far is that the clock face would change by itself. I tried to use the Charge 2 Retro face (similar to the one on my Charge 2) but it would last only for about a day or so. I found some information online where other people had had the same problem but I was unable to resolve it. I finally tried the Steps Date face and it have been using it for several weeks without it changing by itself.
