There was a learning curve, but on line help was easy to understand. The hardest thing to get use to is wearing it all day. I normally take my watch off when I get home, I've had to stop myself several times from taking it off in the middle of the day.

Nice replacement for Charge 2

Once she saw this one with the new type of wristband she was sold. She is extremely satisfied and is enjoying all the new features. She feels that the wristband is more sturdy as well. Now our daughter wants one too.

One Year Warranty

Tried all troubleshooting recommendations found online and nothing worked. Of course, the warranty had just expired.

Got it on Black Friday

If you are on the fence of buying it I'd recommend watching youtube comparison videos so you can get a full view of the options and differences in the competition.

But recently went to amusement park which was awesome because I got to see how many steps I walked during visit I thought that was cool. Cause I do recall before in the past I always wondered how many steps or miles we walked while being at amusement park .. now I know
