I would never buy this again my numbers keep going light on the face of my phone. Sometimes I can’t even see it at all I bought my client one and he is not working immediately he had to call to get a new. Please don’t waste your money the sleep pattern is way off sometimes I could be up and then it will say that I slept all night. This is one of the main reasons I bought this Fitbit watch because it supposed to be better but it’s not very disappointed

I like the fitbit for what it is. I switched because I wanted a fitbit I could get wet. The problem is the band stays wet. It takes forever to dry so I hate getting it wet now.

It is easy to see the time in the middle of the screen but very hard to see heart rate, steps, stairs, calories burned etc. I prefer the charge 2 to this one.

I am not impressed with this fitbit. I had the versa, i like that one better. With the charge You can only set alarms from the app and you can't put music on it.

We moved from fitbit Charge 2, which we loved, to this Charge 3. We went through all support advice and eventually ended up being told that our Huawei phones were not supported over Bluetooth. We have the Samsung and Huawei fitness watches and both connect easily. Sadly, we returned the fitbit products with a full refund from bestbuy

I love all the features EXCEPT that it doesn’t record steps properly. It counts steps even when I’m sitting or driving.

Bought for my wife. She loved the purple and rose gold. But the thing is too bulky for anyone with small to medium wrists. Go with the inspire hr. Cheaper and sleeker.

It is Feb 16 2020..now I am having problems with it, over night the time went an hour behind. I put it on the charger to reset it and it won't. I am not able to even get it connected to my phone. To spend that kind of money 6 months later to have problems.

The step count is so inaccurate. Driving all day and it is counting steps like crazy. Talked to customer service but no fix for this issue. Other annoying thing was that the screen does not stay lit. Which is the most annoying when you are trying to use the stopwatch feature. And the SpO2 feature is just not turned on by Fitbit. I ended up returning it after 2 weeks.

I had the Charge 2 HR previously, and it was much more reliable. The Charge 3 cannot accurately count stairs (186 flights in 1 day with no car time). It also is not as customizable as the Charge 2. The band is pretty. That’s really the only positive. I ended up returning it because of the accuracy issues.

Nice features but may not be accurate. Extensive movement of hand increases your step count, even whiles sitting.

I loved this in the store and the color of the bands was great. I got it home and unfortunately couldn't figure out how to make it work. There wasn't an instruction book in the box and I worked with it for a few days and ended up taking it back for a refund. Way too much money for something that doesn't even come with instructions. I gave it 2 stars for aesthetics.
