It’s been over two hours and I’m still downloading/installing an update. Why isn’t it set up to use out of the box?

Only had this item for 6 days until it fell off my wrist due to the snaps of the band not being very tight. If you’re very active I would not suggest this it will fall off of your wrist.

It quit working after 3 weeks and the Fitbit people are supremely unhelpful. Of course, the return policy is only 2 weeks at Best Buy, so I suppose I just have a very expensive bauble now.

The device has starting issues. Twice it has to be returned and exchanged because it would not power on. Eventually we moved on to the Samsung Watch.

it already doesn't work. The screen is black and it either charge. Come on....2 months old and it already doesn't work. Of course cant return

I bought this for my wife as a gift. It will not hold a charge. The longest it will last is three days. Save your money buy something else.

Fitbit was defective. Took many calls & emails before it was replaced by Fitbit

It would connect to any of our Samsung phones . Don't recommend

This is my third Fitbit and I absolutely love it. This makes tracking my activities and other health related information quick, simple, and stylish! After unboxing the Charge 3, it took less than five minutes to sync to my phone and install an update. Operation instructions are easy to understand and apps are easy to navigate. I also love how the tracker itself isn't too big on my small wrist and can be paired with different bands to match either athletic outfits, casual clothes, or even a dressier occasion. Highly recommend!

My daughter loved it. She soon upgraded. But we highly recommend it for beginners.

1st let me say , I have owned a lot of Fitbits! From the original Charge to Alta to the most recent Versa. Liked them all , didn’t love them. The Charge 3 is everything is says it is ! I charged it Saturday ( now Wednesday) and still at 65% battery ( a VERY IMPORTANT feature for me ! Tracks great , comfortable ( purchase the sports band ) . Easy to sleep in . I can add any activity I don’t have it on for ( I haven’t worn it swimming) I know it says you can, but don’t want to risk it . I don’t use notifications etc...... I use it fitness strictly, walking, exercise, sleep ect....... love it Fitbit is still a little pricey, so I always check the reviews before a purchase!

the band is pretty and i love that you can exchange the bands. it has many different clock faces that you can change too that are so pretty. the step count is mostly accurate. my favorite part is the sleep feauture

Christmas present only hooked up 5 weeks and it wouldn't sync. The charge 3 wouldn't sync to both the iPhone or Microsoft apps, went thru no sync steps 1 thru 8 (3 times) to try and get it to sync for 24 hours with no luck, removed the device and tried to add it again now it won't pair. Contacted fitbit they said all the above is a very common problem with the charge 3 not syncing and if you remove the device charge 3 and try to add it again to the account now you can't (I can my charge 2), but hold tight they are working on a solution and as of 2/19/19 it MAY take 2 to 3 weeks so I can attempt to add the device again. DO NOT BUY THIS watch and of course without the app it is worthless.

I just bought this today and setup on my Pixel 3 does not work. I contacted Fitbit support and they stated they couldn't help with the problem and suggested I return the product.

to small not bright enough complications with app and not worth the money I returned it after 24 hours!
