Does the job...i like the analytics from the app and the weekly progress report. The only drawback is that the display size is small, sometimes makes it hard to read on the go. However, its a good buy!

Nothing much to use on this watch. The band is very hard so it's not flexible enough to move your hand around. I barely wear this.

This purchase was a birthday gift for my wife. She's really enjoys the features the Charge 4 offers. She especially likes the notifications it carries over from her Galaxy Note 8 phone, like text messages and missed phone calls. The Charge 4 keeps up with her active lifestyle.

I purchased one of these Fitbit for myself and liked it. My Granddaughter ask if I could get one for her. She loved it so much I had to get one for each granddaughter. So far I purchased three of them. They work well and they keep everyone moving.

This Fitbit is great for anyone looking to start working out. However, I recommend the Versa 2 so that you get a 2-in-1. It’s a smart watch and it’s good for exercising as well.

I like the easy setup and the overall look, can ever do a reply, but wish it was more options or can set you own standard message but I don't like the brightness of the light when you sleep in device

I have an Apple Watch series 6, that I love! But when it comes to projects, house and yard work, I love my Fitbit and it’s tough when I’m getting my hands dirty and not afraid to scratch it or do anything bad to it like I would my Apple Watch!

I really like these FitBit watches. My first the wrist band broke and there was no way to replace it. This new one is great, but at times the button to activate is not as responsive as I'd like, but still great.

Fitness trackers are not 100 percent accurate. Having said that they are helpful with helping you monitor how your body is doing. Wirecutter recommended this device. I have had multiple Fitbit devices since they released the Fitbit one. Highly recommend.

Wondering why a fitbit has a 6mos life span before i have to use the warranty only to buy another one 7mos later. Get a Samsung watch instead

I switched up from the Charge 3 to the Charge 4. Not much different. Fitbit is always trying to get me to up grade to some other program, but basic is all I need. These items seem to only last about a year. Then I go out and buy a new one

My wife is still learning how to use it. All the instructions are online and not included in a booklet. It does seem to be easier and have more options on it than the older ones that she has used in the past.

Great watch and very helpful with keeping up with my steps and heartbeats. I like the larger time display which is much easier to read without my glasses! Battery life is less than my previous fitbit, but this one charges much quicker.

It says you can answer text messages but you can’t. It does not have a way to track alternative workouts. It is smaller than the versa which is nice but fails to deliver.

I bought this product from Best Buy because of the assurance of quality and support. It is just right for me and I am very pleased with it. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have that little shove to begin a lifestyle of healthy living.

Solid activity tracker for the price. Wish it had more features but its been a great help for keeping active. The companion app could use a usability review but for the most part this is a strong holiday buy.

I love my Fitbit Charge 4. I just wish the manufacturer could fix the problem of the link from the watch to the band breaking. It appears to be a common problem. No way to fix the manufacturer defect and need to buy a new Fitbit.

So far so good. I was surprised that the box didn't contain instructions and I had to go to the app to figure out how to set it up but once I did it's tracking my steps, etc. accurately.

Had an old Fitbit Charge 2 with a cracked screen. I decided to upgrade and I love this one! It sits slimmer to my wrist so it's less likely I will hit it, it feels less like I have something on, it is so much sleeker and fits better than the old bands.

The product is great but the service at our pick up was even better! The guys were so nice, apologized for the wait when it had only been five minutes. Very helpful. Top notch! The only reason I’m doing this review is to make sure the guys get a nod!
