It’s not bad… but it’s not great. The whole family got one for Christmas and we all noticed the step counter isn’t accurate. As far as texting on it goes even with the quick responses it didn’t work more often than it didn’t. Also, the time would be off most of the time and we always had to resync the watches to keep them up to date on the time. I just purchased an Apple Watch to replace this because I wasn’t getting out of the Fitbit for what I was hoping for.
The step counter counts steps while you’re driving

Bought this as a birthday gift for my 74 year old mother-in-law. She loves it. We helped her set it up but since then she has been able to navigate the app and the fitbit with very little difficulty. It is great to see her getting excited about being active.

This was purchased as a gift and it has been great so far. It does what it was advertised for and is still going strong. I would recommend it due to its low cost if you don't need one of the more expensive trackers.

Good price for a smart watch with the features it has. Only thing I didn’t like was that you can’t use the watch until it is connected to your phone and that process took a while.

Overall Fitness assessment

Its great for overall fitness which is what I want. I didn't want TV controls or ability to do everything else, strictly fitness. Its not too much as far looks, if you like a small "fitness watch" that does fitness, this is the one and reasonably priced as well.

I purchased after my fitbit 3( while still working on my iPhone) would not light up on the face of the fitbit. The one problem I have it only occasionally gives me a sleep score-very disappointing.

My only complaint is that the device is bulkier than I am used to (used to have Apple Watch and also prior to that a Nike fuelband). To me, I find it slightly uncomfortable to wear - especially when I am sleeping.

I bought the Fitbit Charge 4 to replace my faithful Charge 2, which after 3+ years of wear and tear was showing its age. The Charge is a great replacement and more. Still getting used to it, but satisfied with my experience thus far.

A super comfortable fit, with great features and such helpful information. I especially like the waterproof feature, logging in stairs and the bigger display, as well as the notifications of incoming messages, etc. A wonderful upgrade from my Alta HR!

Don’t really like it, not my cup of tea. Display sucks. i guess it’s worth it for the money, but other than that, it sucks and the app for it sucks

Like the large numbers and letters. Easy to see at night. One thing I don’t like is it doesn’t keep battery charge very long. Has to be recharged more often than my last Fitbit. Two to three times a week.

I got tired using my phone for my fitness tracking needs and decided to buy a Fitbit. Although I'm late with my review, this has been a well priced and multifunctional purchases I've made in a long time.

This is a very good product. However, my biggest complaint is the bulkiness. The band comes in 2 sizes, large and larger. If they made the band smaller and slimmer, for a ladies wrist, I would probably give 5 stars.

The quality and value are both good. The ease of use is okay. It is not very responsive to the touch for scrolling and changing settings. The brightness set to auto does not seem to work very well.

This is my 3rd Fitbit. The 1st I switched out to upgrade but the 2nd I switched out bc it died after a year. I like Fitbit for what it is but I'm over it. Kinda wish I didn't miss my return date bc I'm over it.

One of the more cost effective fitness trackers with GPS. But, GPS sometimes stops for no reason (even with clear skies no trees/buildings) during a run.

It used to be bright all of the time but now you can’t see anything in it at any time unless it is completely dark then maybe. No matter how much charge it has. Why.

Only used it 3 times, but it has worked great! The GPS is super accurate, but I somewhat expected that. It is normally within .1 - .2 miles of what i actually run. Other than that I don't have any complaints! I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I wish I could read my messages on my device instead of just getting the alert that one is available, That way I could determine if the massage is important.

Bought this for my wife. Her charge 3 was accidentally broken in a fall. She really likes the Charge 4. It is more advanced than the Charge 3 and has more information on it. It is also a lot easier to read outside in the sun.
