Easy to use but I wish it had more functions. I should have bought a more advanced model but it works well and does what it claims to do very well.

I am very happy with my new fitbit Charge 4, it’s big enough that I don’t have to put on my glasses to check the time or anything else, I love that I can read it when I’m outside.

Great product, the band is flexible and the face of the device is also super durable as well. I would 100% recommend this product to anyone/everyone looking for a fitness device.

My old fitbit broke. Found one at bestbuy with pickup available at store, PERFECT. Went to store, but my fault I didnt see no wait line at customer service for online pickup. Overall great experience

I bought it expecting it to be better the Charge3, but it isn’t, too bad Fitbit app doesn’t support having a charge3 and Charge4 linked to the same user profile

Barry solved the problem. The card that my allows you to connect Netflix had went bad. Was able to replace with ROKU from other TV. This saved me a considerable amount of dollars. Thank you

Not bad. Sometimes it’s difficult to see, especially in the sun. Doesn’t always sync with my phone.

This replaced a Fitbit Alta that was not holding charge well anymore after 5 years. The features of the Charge 4 are great. Really like the bigger display. Glad that I upgraded.

So far it is working well - had a previous fitbit and after a year it would not hold a charge and would not turn on. I hope this will work out better

It's my first activity tracker, so it's probably fine. Sometimes the settings change on me, though, so that's annoying. But overall I like it.

Nice looking tracker. Makes a good gift for Christmas. Its a good deal when its on sale. Like the GPS feature.

It was a little tricky to set up; but overall it works fantastic. I teach preschool and so I need something that isn’t too distracting for children. I bought it to replace my dead Fitbit Alta.

Bought this to replace my Charge 3. It’s perfect for me, although I’m sure I’m not utilizing all it’s features. I’ve had it for less than a month, but I’m very happy with it.

Seems to shut down and start doing things like a timer and locking on messages that I cannot stop. I have called Fitbit customer service to fix it 4 times.

Absolutely the best purchase I have made in a long time. Does exactly what I need: counts steps and keeps track of calories burned. Still learning how much more it can help me.

I bought this Charge 4 to replace the broken Charge 3 I had, and as expected is doing a great job , love the different clock faces and the extra functions it has over the previous model.

This gives me all the important information that I need to know. It wasn't overly priced, and I love that I can use interchangeable bands.
