Earlier Fitbit model much better

According to the Best Buy website, it is past the return window for this item. I assume it is a glitch with this Fitbit model.

Not the most accurate heart rate monitoring

I would get an apple watch or garmin over this. Also it was very uncomfortable to wear since the contact point was so narrow (high pressure) and band so stiff
