I purchased this Fitbit for my mom. She loved her old Fitbit and is super happy with this new model.

Works well . Reasonable price. Don’t care for the face options though..

It's a great device I've worn it almost every single day since buying it. 10/10 would get another one.

I replaced my 2 year old Charge 2 which failed after I cracked the screen and later got it wet. Was looking at the Charge 3, but grabbed the Charge 4 on sale around Fathers Day. My Charge 4 worked for less than one week. After that, it failed to show any data for Steps, Heart Rate, Sleep, etc. I worked through the online help / troubleshooting and tried the various reboot procedures with no change. After multiple attempts, I finally got through to FitBit online chat support. After 30 min of explaining my problem and long waits for response from the tech, I was told that my issue needed to be elevated and I would hear back via email in the future. I asked when, and was told "no definite time, just watch your email for a message". I called BestBuy and was promptly promised that a new device would ship and arrive in 2 days with a return label for the defective device. Excellent service from Best Buy! I've since recalled that the Charge 4 had 2 firmware updates ... one immediately upon activating it, and a 2nd a few days later. That 2nd firmware update failed, and had to be restarted. It completely on the 2nd attempt, but I'm suspicious that's when my problems started. I'll update this review after I get some miles on the replacement Charge 4.

I bought my wife this as a gift. It's perfect because it helps her stay active as well as connect to her phone

Very nice tracker, my girlfriend loves it. She is all about working out now that she has this Fitbit.

Works like it should. Comfortable to wear and nice looking.

Love my fit bit Selection was low on the black color band. Lots of purple left. This is my 4 one

May have too many settings which makes it hard to switch to the right ones

In to Best Buy-sales person-purchase and out in less than a 1/2 hour and got what i was looking for.

Returned this as I have a Samsung Galaxy Watch that I still like better. Nothing bad to say about it.
