It is really similar to the 3, not a noticeable difference for me, although the battery does not seem to last as long. I do LOVE the extra band - the standard plastic ones break me out so having the extra was a huge benefit!

From my experience the battery doesn't last as long as advertised. I only use it for the tracker. Have not tried Spotify or other features on it so the battery life is a disappointment. Charger can also be finicky. Other than that, It works as advertised. I liked the flex 2 better.
