    My Favorite Fitbit

This is my fourth Fitbit tracker and is definitely my favorite. It has the essentials that I want without extras that I never use, keeping it from being bulky. From the Fitbit app you can choose from 24 different clock faces, giving the ability to customize the information you want. The clock faces can be changed in a matter of seconds. There are even faces with a second sweep hand. I use a clock face that shows the time, heart rate, number of steps, distance walked, and calories burned, all at once. Perfect. Definitely recommend.

Was looking for a way to monitor heart rate, calorie burn, and mileage without it being a typical round-style watch. I also wanted something to wear on my non-watch arm and this works great. Low profile, waterproof, and easy to use. It syncs with my weight gurus scale and I really like the phone app software to see my GPS route/mileage. Well worth the money and very pleased. Got the black for me and the maroon for wife. Only drawback is it's hard to see in really bright sunlight, but otherwise perfect.

Fitbit did a great job on the latest version of the Charge 4. It is extremely easy to use. I love I can track my running / walking / hiking with the GPS and then see the route and tracking detail on my phone. I also like the extended battery life over the Fitbit 3. On my previous version of the Fitbit I felt like I was always charging the device. Now I can last the entire week before receiving the low battery reminder. Just note when you have the GPS tracking on the Fitbit will use a significant part of the battery. Love this product.

I wanted to replace my aging Fitbit Flex 2 with a newer model that had heart rate monitoring and GPS. I’m also a biker, and was happy to see that the Charge4 tracks cycling workouts (unlike by older model). The new Charge 4 was my choice based on the features, customer ratings, and Best Buy’s great sale price. I am happy with the purchase. Only issue has been getting use to the many screen features, but I’m getting better on that.

Purchased the Charge 4 after the screen on my Charge 2 was cracked. It was very easy to set up and sync. Love the notifications for when ai reach my heart rate zone and being able to read entire text messages. However, it doesn’t always scroll very well and sometimes it gets stuck. Can only hope there is something in the instructions that I missed that would prevent those issues. Overall, I like it.

Like other reviewers mentioned, I constantly have to sync and resync the Fitbit with my iPhone in order to see the Agenda (calendar) and Weather alerts. The wrist band fits comfortably but is a little stiff during first week of usage. Other than the Agenda and Weather syncing issue, it does what it's supposed to: tells time, tracks steps, and successfully shows text/email/call alerts.

Fitbit Charge 4 is not bad but not great.

The Fitbit Charge 4 seems to show heart rate & exercise pretty accurately. I like the GPS feature. However, its sleep tracking is a mess. It shows me having 4 hours of sleep when I've had 8, etc. Another major issue is one they know very well about but choose not to correct it. The wrist-bands are terrible. They cause sweat to build up and cause a rash. They are well aware because they state ways to try to avoid it in the manual. They don't work. They claim that if it's causing a rash, you're wearing it too tightly. If i had loosened mine any more it would have spun around my wrist & certainly couldn't have tracked my heart rate. I'm giving an average rating because some features are great & others really stink. They could very easily solve their biggest problem of Fitbit wrist-rot, if they just used a woven band. I had to spend extra money to buy a woven band. (Aftermarket, not from Fitbit.) I'm quite confident that they don't change the band because they want people to spend more money buying a from them that doesn't cause great red welts on your wrist. The item is also not exactly intuitive. There can be a significant learning curve for a lot of the features.

It works fine. But for the price, there are better options out there. Especially if you have and iPhone. Fit pay isn’t supported by USAA, which isn’t their fault, but it does stink that I couldn’t connect them. Can’t hook it up to MySwimPro nor does it do much with music. For $20 more I got an Apple Watch which is much better. If you’re an Android user, this would be great, but for Apple users, it’s just okay.

My last Fitbit lasted 8 years and this was an upgrade. I really love the features with this one that was not available in my previous Fitbit. I am still learning how to use some of the syncing features but its really great if you’re into keeping track of everything! It also has flexible ideas, such as the watch faces; and turning features on or off if you’re not interested. I am really happy with this purchase, so far!

we replaced my wife's Fitbit charge 3, which had an almost unreadable display after several years, with the Charge 4. It works well, we don't need any of the enhanced features, except the watch face options are nice. More importantly, it just works. She likes how it tracks both activity and sleep. Perhaps now that Google owns fitbit, their app may end up being a bit more user friendly. we will see. Nice that the bands for the Charge 3 are interchangeable with the 4.

The Fitbit Charge 4 is a welcome upgrade to the already good Charge 3. I like the additional features, mostly with the Fitbit app, which allow me to track several metrics such a nightly oxygen level, heart beats, breaths per minute, etc. For those who want it there is a built in GPS. My only complaint is that there is no central place to turn off the GPS, you have to turn it off for each activity that uses it. All in all a great buy

Very Good product. Upgrade to my Charge 3. More screen options. Dial brightness for Sleep would be nice if it were automatically done. Only wish is data to my phone be compatible with my Charge 3 (which has a cracked screen & used for work) based on time of wear/ use so my non-work/sleep time could be combined with my work time use, otherwise it is 2 different entities on my phone. Non-button Hepatic side Button & scrolling -some getting used to.

Holds the charge for several days and love how lightweight it is. I bought this to track my heart rate throughout the day. Doesn't seem to irritate my skin only if it gets wet but I do take it off at night to let my skin breathe. I try not to use the bluetooth function as I know EMF are not good for since we are bombarded by many different devices and frequencies on a daily basis.
