Good for step numbers not good for challenges.

Lots of glitches when it comes to the weekday and weekend challenges where the true number of steps doesn’t match the numbers in the challenge. Appears to be a problem with all fitbits and no answers from the company on if they have any way to fix this problem.

Very many choices of functions and displays. High resolution display. Responds better to display "turn on" wrist motion than Charge 3. Really like the options for watch face displays. The watch band is more "purple" than picture shows. Especially in daylight.

Love this Charge 4, this is an upgrade to the charge 2 I previously owned. I'm able to do so much more with this than the charge 2. been using Spotify and love that the charge 4 allows me to swipe up in order to see what I'm looking for. i would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice Fitbit.

I started off with the Fitbit flex when it originally came out and have gone to Apple iWatch once before quickly switching right back to Fitbit. I have had almost all versions and this one is by far the most reliable and simplified layout as well as has the most benefits. I would definitely recommend.

    Fitbit Performance

Works fine for most options: tracking steps, heart rate, working out etc. but very rarely gives me any sleeping data, which is one of the main reasons I got the Fitbit. Have called and had it rebooted- nothing changed.

I like the size and look of item. Battery lasts as long as expected which is a nice improvement. Problem with syncing still exists. I will be calling the Fitbit help line again today.

I didn't want to upgrade my charge 2... But wow am I glad that I did! This tracker is great. Touch screen works nice and there are many things that you can use it for (but I don't because I am simple). I love the steps, zone minutes, quick replies, alarms, sleep scores, and weather forecast! Really nice!

I've had FitBit's for years. They seem to last at least a couple of years before having to replace. Sometimes they just stop working for no reason. Still a great product and helps me achieve my goals of walking 10,000 steps per day.

This device has been carefully reviewed elsewhere... My experience has been consistent with those... It is convenient, useful as an activity tracker, and reasonably accurate... If you are interested in an activity tracker, this one is one of the best.

This was a bit pricey, but it does what I wanted it to do. I wanted to be able to track my sleep and my activity level. Although it says that the battery has a long life, it seems to drain faster than they advertise.

Does what it is supposed to. Only reason 4 instead of 5 stars is the screen timeout is too short. When you are riding your bike, especially in the sun, its hard to see the numbers in a few seconds the screen stays on when you check it.

Gave this to a friend as a Christmas gift and he is thrilled with it. It is a bit more advanced that the Charge 3 which I have, but still has all the bells and whistles. I do like the dial face on the watch instead of the digital time.

I purchased 2 of these for myself and husband. We love to compete with each other in steps daily. Its super comfy band fits great. I only wish I could sync my text messages since you need the app to work with the watch

Meh it’s ok I went back to my I watch. It’s overall a good tracker just I think it tracks movement as steps so it’s not very accurate. Good battery life

I originally had a charge 3, which quit working. The Charge 4 was a little cheaper and I didn’t realize at the time it didn’t have the same options for use as the charge 3. You can’t get this one wet. Otherwise it is okay.

The tracker was a gift and seems to work well except that the battery life is terrible. It claims up to 7 days, but if you wear it all day and don't disable the GPS it lasts roughly 5 hours. Yes, hours. Other than that it's fine.

Brought this Fitbit as a gift for my wife. She loves it. She forget to take it off. I have to remind her that it has be at least charged once a week. She tracks anything that the device will allow her to track. Thinking about getting myself one. Highly recommend if your thinking of getting one as well.
