It's a great watch and I was very happy with it until I had to buy another program to use the watch. Not happy with the additional purchase so I stopped wearing the watch. I just want to use it as it was....I like things simple.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She says shelves it. She had an older one and when she tried to pair it, she had a problem because the old one was still paired. Took a little while but she got it and so far so good.

This is the best fitbit purchase I have ever made. It fixes the charge 3 problem of it not being visible in the sun. The built in GPS is accurate enough for everyday users. It's a huge improvement over the connected GPS on the Charge 3.

purchased this as a gift for a family member. she loved the fitbit itself but the charger design for this model sucks (very hard to get the pins to line up even if you clip it on correctly, it takes a few attempts before it'll start charging)

The Fitbit Charge 4 is a functional watch and pedometer. The heartrate monitor is about as good as a friend guessing by looking at you. I was hiking up the Grand Canyon trail and my heart was pulsing, the Fitbit showed 96-100 for my heart rate. I have reset the device, adjusted it, tightened/loosened it, and still get mixed results. I go on a daily run and it sometimes shows 150+, other times it shows 110 even though my pace is similar. I have used other devices such as my phone and treadmill and they are much more accurate. I enjoy the waterproof feature and the floors tracker.

I like it so far. I had the charge 3 before this one and prefer the active minutes vs the zone minutes on the charge 4. If you leave the GPS on it will drain the battery in a couple of days. You can turn it off under the exercise settings.

My Fitbit charge 4 was a great buy. I'm so happy i purchased it at Best Buy. Best Buy made it flexible for me to pick it up at the store, rather than wait for the product to be mailed. My Charge 4 is great and it helps monitor my steps. I am happy with my purchase.

I purchased this item online as a gift for someone but when I picked up my order they said they could not give me a gift receipt. What if they don't like it? So be aware that best buy is not able to provide a gift receipt if you are thinking about giving this to someone else.

When this works it is great but sometimes it forgets to count steps then suddenly starts working again. I was hoping it would catch up later but it never did. It missed at least 200 steps one day. It was stuck at certain number of steps. I walked around the house several times and it failed to register those steps. Midnight rolled around I looked at previous day and it never did count those steps. Sometimes the sleep doesn't register correctly and sometimes not at all. I bought one for my mom too and hers does the same thing as mine. I've had several versions of fitbits and love the app that goes with it. My favorite was the Charge 3

Great activity tracker. There are times though that the text notifications don’t come in. It may be dependent on the bluetooth connection? Not sure, but phone is always in my pocket, so there should be no problem connecting.

I bought this as a replacement for my Charge 3, which was still working. I find this Fitbit sleeker and more comfortable to wear, and I particularly like the Active Zone minutes. I really like the Rosewood color as well. I find this a good addition to the Fitbit family.

Nothing much to use on this watch. The band is very hard so it's not flexible enough to move your hand around. I barely wear this.

I purchased the Rosewood. It is very attractive but it is more of a plum color than rose. ( Almost purple) That being said, I really like the Charge4. The active minutes is very helpful to me. FYI-I purchased the Midnight Blue woven band to go with it. VERY ATTRACTVE!

The fitbit app tracks and reports workout stats and calories very well and the ability to enter your calorie intake is great. I'm already losing a pound a week. The fitbit will definitely make you aware when you haven't worked out enough and are taking in too many calories.

I love this. I previously had an Apple Watch and, frankly, it was overkill. Sometimes less is more. Straightforward fitness tracking and basic watch features are all I needed and wanted. Nice to not have to wade through lots of other stuff.
