    Charge 4 is very disappointing

I am actually very disappointed with this tracker. I had the Charge 2 for many years and upgraded to Charge 4 for the swimming, GPS, & Spotify features. After multiple contacts with customer service and troubleshooting, I am currently pushing to get warranty coverage. It DOES NOT SYNC with any of my IOS devices. It will work for a day, then nothing. I have had this for 3 months and used it a total of 3 weeks combined because I just cannot get the dang thing to sync. I switched back to my Charge 2 and it seems to be working as seamlessly with Apple devices as it did with my Android devices previously. Wish it was waterproof, but at least I have a tracker that works. I would not recommend the Charge 4 for anyone with iOS devices, and I would be hesitant to even recommend it to those with Android. Very disappointing considering my excellent history with fitbit.

Great if 1st purchase, not as upgrade to Charge 3

I'll rate this five stars because it is great for what it is. What it is not is a sufficient upgrade from a Charge 3 unless yours is broken, as the GPS not only drains the heck out of the battery.

Like the charge 4, but the band is average at best . Doesn’t handle much stress on it so anything where you move seems hard will probably break the band !

Great product. The price is reasonable and the quality is good. It certainly gave me the motivation for workout and to monitor my health and sleep. I definitely recommend it.

It's just as described. I really like that it counts the flights of stairs. I'm not very "techy" so had to call support a couple times and they were very helpful! Based on my experience so far with the Fitbit Charge 4, I would recommend it.

Very nice fitness tracker/watch. My wife really like it. Only complaint is that they provide an operator’s manual with print so small it’s almost impossible to read! Had to go online to figure out how to set it up.

This Fitbit product works well. A little different from my Fitbit Charge 2 but the watchband was easy to assemble. I would have happier if the charger device from the Fitbit 2 could still be used for this Fitbit Charge 4.

This is the 3rd fit bit I’ve gotten so yeah I like it. The reason this is the 3rd is because I work at a cement plant and I tend to not take it off and the first 2 got messed up. This time I will be more cautious.

I like the GPS feature. Unfortunately, the battery life is therefore shortened drastically. Wanted to return it but missed the date during the pandemic chaos.

I use this because I get up at ridiculous early times and I don’t want to disturb my wife with an alarm clock. This device comes with a silent alarm and that’s what I primarily use it for! No issues so far!

So far so good. My husband had the previous version and stopped syncing so we are cautious. Very easy to set up. Lots of different unnessarry functions in my opinion. It was a seamless online purchase and curbside pickup was excellent.

Wanted something that is not bulky. First tracker I purchase. So far so good. Sometimes I forget I have it on until it sets a reminder to to keep moving. Works great so far. Would recommend.

The watch required me to find and download the operator manual. It was not clear when purchasing the watch that a charger was included. Its a bit of a hassle to determine the current charge level.

This thing is awesome - it’s tracks things I didn’t even know that I wanted to know! The only drawback is it seems to have less battery longevity than the other fitbits I have owned.

I bought this fitbit as a gift for myself to track my fitness as I began to get back into working out. It's okay for what I need it to do. It sometimes takes a minute or two for it to sync but it gets the job done.

Great activity tracker. Sleep tracker is much more accurate than other activity trackers. I wear an Apple Watch with it. Apple Watch has a ton of great features and uses. However, for me this gives me the most accurate sleep tracker.

The back of this watch tapers to an uncomfortable (sometimes painful) point. This can mostly be ingored if you're not wearing sleaves or don't plan on using a pocket, but otherwise stay away from this product. As much as it has sleep monitoring features, I also can't imagine wearing this while I'm trying to fall asleep.
