Best fitness tracker I've ever had. I'm not a smart watch kind of person, so this does exactly what I need, without being too big or too loaded with features. The hr tracker is extremely accurate and the stats keep me motivated.

Love the watch. It was everything I was needing and more. I would have given it a 5 star rating except for me the band is not the most comfortable. I think I will try purchasing a cloth band.

It gives much more detailed information than I was aware of when I purchased it.. So far I enjoy it and it is quite useful. My only issue with it is at times it is slightly irritating to my wrist area.

Does what it's supposed to do. I found it to be a bit to bulky while at work. Kept bumping it into things. Planning to buy something more low profile.

Excellent experience! Shopped online, immediate response. When I went to the Best Buy store the staff was extremely experience focused and was quick and helpful. Great Team effort and my husband loves his Fitbit!

Love my Fitbit charge 4,so far this is great I have had it for about 1 month. I find I am walking more with the reminder to walk 250 steps every hour. My text message show up on my watch. It’s just awesome at this time do far no complaints.

I owned the versa 3 but did not like the big watch so decided to get this. I like that the charge 4 is slim but i feel like its a bit slower at counting my steps compare to the versa 3.

Great coffee maker. We would recommend the coffee maker to all our family and friends. It makes our morning coffee on time and it taste great. We especially liked the lower cost that Best Buy offered that day. Once again Thanks.

I love it. Colored bands can be found on-line much cheaper than in stores. Love that I can color coordinate with outfits. Keeps track of my steps and syncs well with my fitness program for which I get points.

I am very happy with my Fitbit but my cardiologist showed me how inaccurate the heart rate feature is. So you shouldn't depend on the heart rate readings on this device.

does what it says. Battery life could be better. I like that you can control spotify with it. App and band sync quickly and seemlessly. I like fitbit products would by again

I love this Fitbit. I like the compact design and does everything needed for me. The GPS tracking without connecting it from the phone app is a bonus. I hope this one last longer with out it taking a dump like the charge 2 did.

On paper it is a nice device, but in practice suffers from 3 major defects that make it not worth the upgrade from a Charge 2 or 3: - On board GPS is still buggy and inconsistent, as well as sucking the life out of the battery, so I rely on phone-connected GPS. - At higher heart rates (ie anything over ~90), the heart rate monitor is extremely hit-and-miss. I've tried it on both wrists, inside, outside, tried wiping my wrist, and still get wildly erratic measurements at least half of the time. Given the number of features that rely on reasonably accurate HRM, this does diminish the value of the upgrade. My Fitbit Charge 2 was not perfect, but nowhere near this bad. - There are annoying gaps (a couple of mm) between the tracker and the wristband (on both sides). Fitbit sent me a replacement band but it has the same issue. This is due to a design change in the tracker from the Charge 3 to Charge 4 - the tracker changed but the wristbands did not. It looks unattractive for a $150 "premium" device, no effect on functionality to be fair. Though so far I've been lucky and not suffered a complete breakage. Fitbit is aware of this issue but so far has not offered a solution. So if you can live with these shortcomings, go for it, but they are significant drawbacks for me.

The service was great! and I am still trying to figure out all the new bells and whistles on my Charge 4! But it is nice to have the time on my wrist as I swim laps. And I always love it when I get my 'stars' for hitting my goal.

great product and inexpensive for all the bells and whistles it has. Wife loves it and it fits comfortably. Charger is uncommon but it is inexpensive to purchase additional chargers. So far so good and no complaints.

Great fitness tracker. Seems to stay connected to my devices better than the Charge 3 did. Also has some nice new features. A couple that I don't like--can't figure out how to change the clock style, and some other things like that.

I haven't used my Fitbit a lot so far. Basically, I'm in the "new user" phase. I'll probably like it more when I am adept at using it. I have no regrets for purchasing the Fitbit.

I like this one but was used to my older fitbit charger. It takes quite a while for it to sync with my ipad which can be frustrating, ( However I realize the wifi may be to blame)

I feel the quality of this version is a bit below of the expectations compared with the previous one. At least it's my perspective, other than that is perfect.

Product very nice. Started out with charge 2, then 3 now 4. Ordering to have shipped to the house because store didn't have any in stock, SUCKED. Will never do that again and wouldn't recommend anyone to do it either.
