Love it...always had FitBit’s but the last couple, including this one, sometimes randomly tacking my sleep at all. Seems others have this problem. A reset fixes it though.

Works great except I can't read my texts anymore. It will say I have one but can't read them on the watch. Overall everything else works great.

I love my fitbit very much, I'm glad I bought it, It does more than I thought it would do better than the one I had before. And also I'm an older person I can check out my heart on it, on very glad now I bought it

There wasn’t much choice when I bought it! I had previously had problems getting a charge 3 to sync, and returned it to another store. A Best Buy employee took the time to assist me syncing my charge 3. I really appreciate that!

I had a charge 2 and I feel this one isn't much different. I don't really use the GPS tracker, I guess that's where the value would be. I still think it was worth it to buy because I trust the heart rate monitor compared to other devices. Everyone knocked me for not getting a smart with a nice screen, but I don't like how bulky those were. It is easy to forget you're wearing it, which is nice. Very comfortable.

Functional, comfortable and reliable. Great for keeping me motivated and aware of my activity. I can set periodic reminders. The functions within the app create a great experience, great for family challenges as well.

I bought this Fitbit while it was on sale as a new motivational tool to get me to take more walks each day. It’s helped, especially since I am currently working from home and had been less active than when I was at the office.

This replaced a Charge 2. I like the additional features, especially the GPS accuracy. Only negative is the font from text messages is pretty small and hard to read at a glance.

it does the trick. a bit pricey for a tracker but I have owned a fitbit prior to the purchase of this one and I look some of the additional features

Love it! It's as dependable as my Charge 2 has been for the last 4 years with some upgrades. The battery life is not as long as advertised, but I use it/view the screen a lot throughout the day.

The new charge 4 has brighter lights and therefor easier to see in the dark. New granite watch band is rather stiff and difficult to take off. I find the charge 4 transfers data to phone much faster.

my wife loves the charge 4 but did not like the stock bands. fortunately there are many choices on the market as the charge 4 bands are the same as bands for charge 3 and older. swapping bands ia quick and easy.

Very pleased with Charge 4 after my Alta “died”. Lots to learn with all the updates/upgrades so am still learning but really like how it tracks steps and my sleep. The display is easy to read.

This was a gift for my elderly mother who is not the most technologically inclined. She really likes how simple the interface is. If she is happy with it, then I am happy with it!

I never thought I would want a fitness tracker but when I begin to take my weight loss journey more seriously. I decided to cave in a buy one for myself and when I have a little extra I purchased one for my boyfriend.

Really nice tracker. Got it on sale. Glad for the extra band. Fits great but not sure the heart rate monitor is always accurate. Seems to be a little erratic

I like the features of the watch but really dont like the choice of bands. Loved the charge hr4 bands. The width and material of the bands make it uncomfortable.

Works pretty well and it accurately counts steps but the calories is a bit off. And after 6 months, the latch fell off to tighten the watch.

The first couple of series of the Charge were okay at best. Very fragile. I finally had my Charge 3 die on me and I beat it to death. Charge 4 has better options, as durable or perhaps more than the 3. So far so good!

I bought the charge 4 to replace my versa. I use them mostly to track my steps and sleep pattern. The charge serves this purpose. I am very happy with this device.
