I've had a Fitbit since the Fitbit One came out. It still works. I went through a few since then, most notably two Charge 3's that lasted just a little over a year each. I looked at the Sense but it really doesn't give me anything that I need for the price. So far the Charge 4 is working fine, but the warranty isn't up yet. I tried the premium but it isn't worth the subscription price. Other than that, I like their trackers but I think they're overpriced for what you actually get from them.

Good broke once Fitbit replaced the whole watch but it took them a month to replace it, but it was during the pandemic

This is my 3rd Fitbit to own. I use them until the battery will not charge. I have been 100% pleased with each one. Fitbit continues to expand functions. This is my preferred fitness tracker over others I have tried.

Very nice tracker. Tracks all the functions that my girlfriend wanter it for. Her only gripe is that the fitbit itself isnt quite flexible to the top of her wrist, but it works extremely well

I bought the charge 4 to replace my charge 3, and I have had for 1 month and love it I bought the special edition which came with extra watch band. I love the band that came on the watch

It is everything the manufacturer said it is. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews. I gave my wife this for Christmas and she hasn't stop thanking me and telling all her friends they must get one !

This is a great entry level smart watch. I personally like Apple Watch better. This one was for my sister in law for her birthday a few months ago. She enjoys this.

Fixes the weakness of the 3, it’s poor display, however it still doesn’t reach standards provided by Casio etc on regular watches for decades. It’s functionality is still great Hopefully it’s a step forward in quality

The only real issue with this is the band. It is not easy to put on and is not very comfortable. Wish they would make a more pliable softer band.

Having issue with the screen. Completely back. Have not drop it nor got it wet & issue with charging.

This fitbit Charge 4 replace a fitbit charge that is still working it was time to upgrade, It was a grift for my wife, she love the style of the watch, and all of the Connection it has to offer.

Not bad. Sometimes it’s difficult to see, especially in the sun. Doesn’t always sync with my phone.

Very happy with my Fitbit Charge 4. It is exactly what I was looking for in a fitness tracker: the ability to track cals burned, log workouts, track food in the app. The GPS is very accurate for runs/bikes.

I bought this Fitbit as a gift for my special lady. She has had several generations of Fitbits and this is by far the best. She absolutely loves it. She doesn't even like being without it to charge.

Not anything soecial had a charge 2 does the same thing except wants you to upgrade instantly. Watch part saves battery by being off more and payment to tap s pain

I got this on sale and I really like it. I don’t use it constantly, since I also work from home, but it helps motivate me to to work out more. I like that it can control what my Spotify account is playing.

I purchased this Fitbit to replace one that was not working properly. I am very happy with this watch and am still learning all that it offers. I got great support from the staff at Best Buy.

I love this! I had a Charge years ago until my husband gave me an Apple Watch. I got tired of the bulkiness of the watch and decided to switch back to Fitbit with a new Charge. So glad I did!

I found out that my Anxiety/OCD does not allow me to keep things on my wrist all day and night... I returned this product but I liked it for the few days I used it.

I love the Fitbit. I paid extra for the speciality band and I haven’t even had a year, the band just broke.
