Fragile screen that once broken can't be fixed

Had the device about 3 months and woke one morning to a cracked screen. Was directed by BB to bring it in, where I was told they can't fix it. They made me a good deal and I walked away reasonably satisfied, thinking I can just send the broken one in to FitBit and get it fixed - out of warranty, perhaps, but I'll pay for it. Nope. Once it's broken, it's trash. Can't be fixed. REALLY???? In this day and age? HONEST? Will never purchase another FitBit product. Bad for your wallet - bad for the planet.

I’ve used FitBit for years so this new version was a real eye pleaser! A lot bigger than my Charge 2 but I was working with it. I’m very pleased with the functionality and decided to give my Charge 2 to my son!!

Works good when it works. I had to call the company because it wouldn’t hold a charge. They sent me a replacement and it’s been fine

Everyone should own a FitBit. These are not just for counting steps. The technology has come a long way. Comfortable to wear and gives an incentive by tracking your activity. We all need incentive!

I replaced my Charge with the Charge 4 because it had the basic features I wanted. So far I have been very pleased in using it to monitor my exercise and other activities. It is user friendly and would recommend it.

I love it. The display is easier for me to read than the Charge 3 (even outside and without glasses!) I just wish Fitbit made a women's model. I look as if I'm wearing a man's watch.

Liked my charge 3 better. Easier to read. Could tap it on. This one you have to hit the button on left side.

First time buyer of a Fitbit. Easy to use the phone app with the activity tracker. Besides the normal step counter, etc; it's great to have the heart rate monitor and the sleep monitor. Good value for the money.

This was the perfect idea for a gift to my wife. After reading many reviews online, this is the one tracker that stood out. My wife was able to set it up without my help and she enjoys it very much.

I am very happy with my purchase, this is the third one that I have owed and it probably won't be the last, each new one is better than the last one, for the price the Fitbit is well worth the money.

Upgraded from a smaller fitbit. I think this is user friendly, no issues with it a few months in. The fitbit app is okay. I like the GPS tracker, so i can see my hike routes on the map post hike.

Replaced my Fitbit Charge 2 with a 4. Did not want a big “watch” on my arm. The Charge 4 has the swipe features that allows more information at hand and the app is more back up. Very happy with my choice.

The only features I could use was for capturing my sleep and walking. The GPS was disconnecting often and if I forgot to set it to walking, it wouldn't consider my walking in my daily activities. So I returned it back. I think it's over priced for the same features I could use with Samsung Health app in my phone. Although it may be more practical for people who want to use it to calculate their burning calories while they are swimming, but I didn't tried that feature.
