I tracker breaks after a year

However, I will be purchasing my third one in three years. The tracker has a hook that connects to the wristband. That hook on the tracker always breaks.

Waste of money. Not worth the "investment"

Screen freezes/does not respond. Have had to delete device from my phone twice now and re-install. I do not recommend this product. If you have to return, be sure to return within window, i've basically lost 100% of my money spent on this purchase. I can no longer return to BestBuy and FitBit does NOT accept/process refund requests if not bought DIRECT from them. Stay away from this device if you are wanting something reliable and functional.
