    Have only had device ~ 2 months and it already is malfunctioning. Screen freezes/does not respond. Have had to delete device from my phone twice now and re-install. I do not recommend this product. If you have to return, be sure to return within window, i've basically lost 100% of my money spent on this purchase. I can no longer return to BestBuy and FitBit does NOT accept/process refund requests if not bought DIRECT from them. Stay away from this device if you are wanting something reliable and functional.

    I like how fitbit works with other devices. But the quality of this watch is ok. I usually get about 15 months out of one of these watches before they fail. Mostly the screens start getting blank lines.
