I have had several Fitbits, this one worked great but the display is too dim that you could not see it outside. I sold it and went back to the Apple Watch.

I bought this to keep track of steps and asked if tracks keystrokes since I have an office job. I was told no; unfortunately not at all accurate.

Works as expected. 3 stars because they literally designed the worst charger you can think of.

    Battery doesn't last a week

The description advertised that the battery would last a week. It lasts, at most, 4.5 days. The notifications are turned off, so that is not the issue.

Wrist band clip broke after a few months of use. The clip on the watch, not the band so it can't just be swapped out. Heart rate takes about 15-20 min before it notices you are working out unless you manually start a workout. Doesn't seem that accurate; it thinks my heart rate is at 180 bpm from time to time for no reason (while I am sitting or watching a movie or something like that).

Present for my wife. She didn't like it- didn't have features she wanted for her exercise program. It may be good for some folks.

Love it but the o2 sat monitor doesn't work and it's hard to figure it out on the app. Overall great upgrade from the 2.

I noticed when I use my mouse with the computer, my charge 4 counts steps inaccurately. My IT person tried to find if I could set it up and couldn’t find any way on line to fix it. Overall this is my first fitness watch and I am disappointed with how inaccurate it is. I also wanted to track sleep and it doesn’t register any data. : (. It was a gift and For $150 I expected more. Simply disappointed. Too late to return?

Bought Fitbit charge 4 in September 2020, the tracker is not charging. Went on website community to see how to reset and how to fix problem, there was no help at all. Many other customers have same issue and can’t get help either. Going back to samsung gear fit pro.

This charger is primitive. The band is just okay, and the features are basic, yet the price is excessive. You really are only paying for the brand because the charger is nothing exceptional. Oh and FYI, mine stopped working properly just after the extended warranty ended and customer service will try to avoid having you filing a claim, hmm……..
