Lost gps signal during a hike and the heart rate sometimes doesn't show when I need it the most. But overall value is good.

I like this watch but I had a Fitbit Alta I liked more because of the size. This one is a little bit bigger.

I have had several Fitbit devices and all worked well until the Charge 4. The Charge 4 battery lasted less than 2 days. I tested it over a 3 week period and it continually exhibited poor battery life. Charge 2 usually lasted 4-5 days after charging. I contacted Fitbit and they ran a battery test. they asked me to return Charge 4 to them and I have not yet received a replacement.

Purchased this on sale but still using my older Fitbit - Charge 2. The screen is better and the battery lasts twice as long. I have turned off everything to save the battery and it is still dismal. My older Fitbit 2 is also more comfortable to me!

Really pretty disappointed with this device. I was hoping for more with GPS. I've had the Versa2 and an older model Charge in the past and like both of them better. I haven't found it useful at all in tracking my exercise distance or pace. Generally it just says GPS not available and I'm using it in a metro area.

This device should have met my needs based on the description and online reviews. However I could not get it to perform properly. Upon seeking help at Best Buy it was determined that there was a technical problem so they allowed me to return it and I purchased a somewhat different Fitbit watch which is working well.

I purchased the Charge 4 for its sleep and Oxygen tracking, but 1 out of 5 nights the tracker has tracked my sleep. I have been trying to work with Fitbit. They have responded once Via phone, then after that they stated to respond via email so it can be documented. Have sent two additional emails with NO response. VERY SORRY i purchased the Charge 4
